Having VOL Shipping Protection on our store gives customers more confidence when placing orders, especially for packages that includes few items to be safe from damage or lost. This App was easy to manage, and the customization options are helpful. Vugar was responsive and hands-on during setup, which made the whole process much easie.
Fast responses, helpful founder, and no unnecessary waste of time. Vugar made the setup process easy and answered all of our questions. The app has been running smoothly since first day.
The app itself is great, but what really stood out was the support by Vugar - he alway reply within minutes, It's rare to find that level of support from a Shopify app founder. He personally helped us customize the widget, and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was working correctly.
VOL Shipping Protection gives us full control voer fragile pakcages we ship. The app is easy to configure, and Vugar was quick to respond when we needed help adjusting the settings. Nice app.
The cart protection widget works well, the dashboard is clear, and I liked the claim button too. Vugar was super helpful with setup questions.

we wanted a simple way to offer protection without sending customers through a separate third-party process. Setup was quick, and the app fit into our cart experience nicely. The dashboard and cusotmer portal is easy to understand, and managing protected orders feels straightforward. Vugar was very quick to help us with set up and answered our questions clearly.

We switched to VOL after testing a few similar apps, and this one feels much cleaner and easier to manage. The setup was simple, the cart widget looks great - thanks ro founder helped us tweak a CSS a bit, and we like being able to control the protection pricing and claims process ourselves. I must say that Support has been excellent. Vugar was fast, helpful, and clear with every question we had. The app does what we need. Highly recommended for merchants who want a reliable shipping protection app with responsive support.
