Excellent app and even better support. We had an integration issue with another Shopify app that was affecting our checkout flow, and the Melon support team responded very quickly, understood the problem straight away, and helped get everything working properly. Really impressed with how prompt, helpful and knowledgeable the support was. The app itself does exactly what we need for our order-limit rules, and knowing the team is so responsive gives us a lot of confidence using it long term. Highly recommended.
Works perfectly for my needs. We prepackage herbs but inventory needs to be by the ounce. If each bag is 4oz it allows the customer to buy in even 4s so inventory stays correct on our site and in store.
Easy to add - works just as I needed it to. Set up in just a few minutes!
Annoying bots testing cards at your online store? This halts those annoying $1 charges before they even go through.
To help prevent fraudulent orders, we’ve implemented Melon Minimum Order Quantity on our online shops at www.javaoriginalcoffee.com and www.roastmasterz.com. The team at Melon was absolutely terrific in helping us properly install and configure their apps. Their guidance and support made the process easy. Thank you, Melon—and a special thank you to Alex—for your outstanding help!
Just started using the app and it seems great - easy to install and the support was amazing.
great app, keep using for a while and pretty happy with it!
One of the greatest apps having separate rules for each country for Minimum Order Values Support even helped me outside their scope to develop a feature specific for our case and stayed up late working on it and we highly appreciate that! Immediately upgraded our plan on day 1! Thanks
We ABSOLUTELY love this app! We highly recommend it. It is easy to set up and it works flawlessly.
So vou agora começar a trabalhar com ela, mas parece me otima e preenche o que eu precisava no site.
It is doing what suppossed to do. Working well.
Easy to install and use. Nothing fancy, just a quick and reliable way to enforce product minimums.
I highly value this app for efficiently managing minimum and maximum order quantities, enhancing store operations at no extra cost. It automates order requirements, reducing errors and saving time with features like customizable messages and seamless design integration. The user-friendly setup and reliable performance are notable, alongside a support team praised for their prompt and efficient assistance, leading to high merchant satisfaction.
Melon has been amazingly helpful in our inventory control. We run a dual business with a online presence for retail while we otherwise service Doctors Offices, Hospitals and Clinics. This effectively put a stop to over ordering from many of our online customers that left us with basically nothing left overnight for our regular clinics to fulfill their needs. I now don't have to be paying attention to their last order; just put a block on over ordering in for those products that seem to always run out of stock for us. Thank You!
We zijn met een nieuwe webshop in ontwikkeling, deze app eens geprobeerd en lijkt zo ver top te werken voor wat we zochten op onze site. Alles vrij makkelijk in te stellen zonder uitgebreide kennis nodig te hebben.
Easy and effective. Excellent app without all the baggage of others.
Works perfectly, even when combined with other apps and booking systems. It does exactly what it promises regarding minimum and maximum order limits, helping us enforce operational rules without affecting the customer experience. Simple to configure, reliable, and integrates seamlessly with our Shopify setup. Highly recommended.
This app is fantastic; it perfectly meets my specific requirements for setting order quantity limits, and—best of all—it is completely free to use without requiring a subscription. The developer, Alex, is incredibly dedicated and responsible. After installing the plugin, I encountered a configuration issue; on a whim, I decided to reach out via the app's "Contact Us" feature. To my surprise, I received a reply from Alex shortly thereafter. He took full ownership of the situation, diligently gathered the details of the problem, and guided me step-by-step on how to configure the plugin correctly. Through Alex, I truly experienced the spirit of a genuine "geek."
Very useful and easy to use. Able to have quantity controls now!
Fantastic little app that does exactly what we need it to do on the few products we need it for. Easy setup with a lot of different features. Highly recommend!
This app is easy to use and works smoothly. I strongly recommend it!
Very useful to limit customer's purchase quantity.
This app is great! Easy to install, thorough on-boarding directions, and the AI chat service was helpful. The app was installed and working within minutes.
Just signed up, but so far so good. Seems easy to use. Would like a feature to pull an item by "title" which helps with specific items within our wholesale section.
Great app, exactly what we needed to make sure minimum orders are on the site!
I have only been using it for two days, but this app has been very intuitive and easy to use so far! It solved our issue of needing different order minimum on different products.
This app totally saved weeks/months of my time setting up, coding and putting all my products minimum order. the integer jump for minimum order works as well too. AWESOME!
It does what it says, and that's more than many other apps.
Fabulous addition to our Shopify store. Melon Minimum Order Quantity has made it easy for us to manage order limits, which is especially important as we custom manufacture many of our products. The app helps ensure customers meet the required minimum quantities before checkout, saving us SO much time and reducing the need for follow-up. Highly recommend for anyone that needs better control over minimum order requirements.... Thanks Alex & the team!
