wholesale and volume discounts easily become complicated. A lot needed to be configured manually which took more time on my side than expected, but they offered very good and also quick support in doing so. And although not everything we needed was possible we got a good part going that I'm happy with. Thanks or the good and kind support!

Works, a bit cumbersome to setup, requires some skill level. Customer Service is helpful, they may be available in chat or respond via email.

Haley from support was super helpful in solving some issues we had with setting up the app! We're also using their lock app which is helpful for hiding products from customers.

We’ve found this app very easy to use, and it fits our shop well. We’ve been in touch with Haley from customer service a couple of times, and each time she responded relatively quickly and was very helpful with setup and smaller issues. It’s missing a bundle offer setting, but otherwise it offers a lot of different settings to work with.

We are still in the early stages of using this app but so far it has been great for what we need. We are on the gold plan, I have given 4 stars because there are still a couple of features/fixes we would like to see implemented and hope that they will be considered (stacking of rules, compatible integration with email, customisation that doesn't require code) but overall we are very happy so far. Customer service has been excellent, always quick to help us with our queries. Thank you

Overall a really good app, and a really good customer service team. Sometimes there are some issues with the prices and discounts showing on the order, but only a small amount in comparison to the amount we use the app.

We aren't using every single feature yet, but for our current needs, this app has been a great choice. It’s straightforward and does exactly what we need it to do. A big plus is the customer support, they are always very fast and attentive whenever we have a question. Thumbs up from my side!

I especially appreciate how fast the app responds and how secure it feels while using it. Everything is clearly structured, which saves time and improves overall productivity.

app is good. staff is nice and help. But I want to assign discount offer to my client by admin-drafted orders. The app does not support it. I hope it will include this function soon.

This app allows me to manage my wholesale store accounts and facilitate wholesale pricing only for my approved customers. Support is also very responsive. Email notification templates are limited and difficult to edit - this is the only reason that my review isn't 5 stars.

Nice app, quick and very good service, not sure if it will work yet as it slows down our B2C store somewhat. They have optimised, so time will tell if this is acceptable and will work. Hope it will work.

There have been some issues, as is normal with a free beta app. Customer support has been responsive but it's been somewhat exhausting and time consuming to communicate about a problem with basic functionality, which has now been fixed. I'm only using the order form section of the app. At his early stage, I would not be comfortable using the entire app because it seems ambitious but I wish them the best and hope that the beta testers are grandfathered in when it becomes a paid app.
