Folosim xConnector zilnic pentru gestionarea comenzilor, generarea AWB-urilor, organizarea livrărilor și procesarea retururilor, iar aplicația ne-a simplificat considerabil activitatea magazinului nostru online. Integrarea cu Shopify funcționează foarte bine și ne permite să gestionăm rapid expedierile prin curier, livrările la Easybox, solicitările de retur și generarea documentelor de transport, fără să pierdem timp cu operațiuni manuale. Un mare avantaj este automatizarea proceselor și faptul că putem gestiona totul dintr-un singur loc. Pentru un magazin online care procesează zilnic comenzi, economia de timp și reducerea erorilor contează enorm. **Un aspect pe care vreau să îl evidențiez în mod special este suportul oferit de echipa xConnector.** M-au ajutat foarte mult cu integrarea aplicației în magazin, cu toate configurările necesare și cu adaptarea funcționalităților la nevoile noastre. Super aplicatie! Support foarte bun si rapid de fiecare data!

Folosim XConnector zilnic și suntem foarte mulțumiți de serviciile oferite. Ne economisește foarte mult timp, iar AWB-ul este gata în aproximativ un minut, ceea ce ne ajută enorm în activitatea de zi cu zi. Suntem foarte mulțumiți și de partea de suport. Recent am integrat și opțiunea de livrare la locker cu ajutorul echipei XConnector, iar aceștia au fost foarte amabili, răbdători și ne-au ajutat de fiecare dată când am avut nevoie. Per total, avem o experiență foarte bună cu XConnector și îi recomandăm cu încredere!

Il folosim de trei ani, pe doua magazine. Ce face, pe scurt: leaga Shopify de softul de gestiune. Comanda intra in magazin, factura se emite singura si stocul se descarca din gestiune. Nimeni din echipa nu mai muta date dintr-un sistem in altul. La un calcul grosso modo (2 minute per factura), ne salveaza in jur de 40 de ore lunar, adica o saptamana de lucru a unui om care altfel ar sta sa faca facturi. Si asta e doar capitolul facturare. Are si integrari cu curierii - adica creare automata de awb, verificarea corectitudinii de adresa de livrare, deci timpul economisit se multiplica substantial. De suport suntem foarte multumiti. Am pus multe intrebari, unele si stupide, si de fiecare data am primit raspunsuri profesioniste. Ultima data ne-au rezolvat o problema care ne bloca de luni de zile: sa folosim codurile noastre de gestiune, diferite de SKU-urile din Shopify, fara sa schimbam nimic nici in magazin, nici in contabilitate. De departe cel mai util plugin din cate folosim.

A very useful app which makes the job easier. What really stands out, though, is the chat support team, they're always available and genuinely willing to help. We're using the app in Bulgaria, where we encountered two issues. Both were resolved by the X-Connector team in less than a day by implementing new features. I'm extremely satisfied with both the app and the support, and I highly recommend it.

It is a very good app and we really appreciate the assistance. Compared to other apps, their team is very invested and they had a call with us to help us set everything correctly. este foarte util, cea mai buna integrare pentru operatiuniile din Romania

Foarte neseriosi au devenit, au ajuns sa nu imi mai raspunda la mesaje cu saptamanile. Am anulat un abonament de care nu mai aveam nevoie toate bune si frumoase pana la ziua platii cand am fost facturat din nou pentru ceva de care nu am beneficiat. Le-am vorbit frumos spunandu-le ca nu mi se pare ok sa platesc pentru asa ceva. Ma rog au inceput sa devina la un moment dat aroganti si cumva sa dea vina pe mine si Shopify. “Sper” ca v-au fost de folos acei bani. Nu recomand aceasta aplicatie prin simplul fapt de cum se trateaza problemele aici.

Foarte utila aplicația. Înainte foloseam doua aplicatii diferite pentru facturare si generare awb, dar acum le-am mutat pe toate în xConnector și câștig foarte mult timp. Îmi place că o poți configura cum ai nevoie, iar cei de la suport sunt foarte proactivi.

The best app and the support is 10 out of 10! I am using this app for almost 5 years and all I can say is that it works perfectly!

Aplicația funcționează bine pentru magazinele care operează exclusiv în România. Totuși, dacă intenționați să expediați și în afara țării, trebuie să știți că suportul este aproape inexistent. De peste 30 de zile am solicitat traducerea modulului de retur în limba italiană — am oferit chiar și textul complet tradus. După două săptămâni, limba italiană a apărut ca opțiune, însă conținutul este tot în română. Am semnalat din nou problema, dar din păcate nu am mai primit niciun răspuns. Concluzie: Recomand să alegeți cu atenție aplicația de fulfillment încă de la început, deoarece ulterior poate fi dificil să schimbați fluxurile deja implementate. În cazul nostru, fiind deja integrați cu xConnector pe magazinele din România, tranziția către o altă soluție este acum destul de complicată.

Imi place foarte mult aplicatia. Cu o simpla scanare, reusim sa facem facturile storno si reusim astfel sa economisim mult timp. This is the only delivery and collection point app which works well with Zapier (/local pickup apps) We had an issue with a rarely used feature, since they're a small company it took some time to fix but now it works well.

Recomand aplicația. Unele lucruri sunt ușor de configurat, altele necesită puțin ajutor, dar echipa de asistență a fost mereu acolo pentru solicitările mele. Aplicația este ușor de utilizat, este foarte utilă și acoperă în totalitate nevoile magazinului meu.

The worst support ever. Even if my credentials are valid and copied and pasted from the email they don't work. Also, the exact same data worked on the billing service website, but not inside xConnector. After I openend the support chat and telling to the "tech guy" that I have an error, he/she replied to me after 1 hour, telling me that the credentials are not valid...

I have been using Xconnector app on two stores for two years. Shortly I managed to set it up in cooperation with support who was helpful and responsive. All went smoothly until I encountered issues which appeared after OSx update which has been preventing me from using the app on my Mac. After passing the issue to Xconnector, all of a sudden customer service stopped responding and actually has never got back to me (to date it is 1.5 months) with any feedback even after sending a few reminders.

We are using this app for 4 years. We saved a lot of time creating the documents automatically. The developers are very experienced and they helped us also with custom integrations.

Great app, we use it for creating GLS labels in Slovenia and Croatia. Their support is always responsive and helpful (thanks Catalin!). We had a few feature request and they were able to accommodate all of them in reasonable time, so we're really saving time now creating shipping labels. Keep up the good work!

Downloaded the app. Tried to link it to our GLS Ireland account. was requested by xConnector to "Please call the GLS support and activate your API access before starting to generate shipping labels". I did this only to get the reply that the app is NOT compatable with GLS Ireland....

We're using xconnector for a few weeks and it has been massive help to entire team! The service helps to automate routine manual work of retyping the addresses from Shopify to the courier systems, now it's ready within one click. It is reliable and the customer support is helpful. Even if the system is quite intuitive, there are some moment where I'd appreciate the documentation. Unfortunately it's only in Romanian at this moment.

App saves lot of our time. We had problem with one field on the labels, and support solved it quickly.

We are using the app on 2 shopify stores and workes perfect. Lots of settings and option. We even had a special situation, we were having orders with both physical and digital goods and the app knows for which ones to adjust the inventory in SmartBill and for which ones to bill as services. The app is very well built and the support is very responsive and helpful. I'm glad it exists.
