very limited features and is annoying that you cannot remove their stop sms link which accounts for 50% of the sms message length limit. We're sorry to hear you found YSMS limited in features. We'd love to know which specific tools or options you'd like to see added so we can improve. Regarding the unsubscribe link, it's a legal requirement - particularly when using alphanumeric sender IDs, since recipients can't reply "STOP" to opt out. Keep in mind that in a standard SMS message, the unsubscribe link typically takes up around 25 of the 160 available characters. If you have ideas for new features or suggestions for how we could handle the unsubscribe requirement differently, we'd be happy to hear from you at info@ysms.me
So far so good, only a few days in, but it served very well the purpose. I like the fact that is built for Shopify and integrates seamlessly, and also that you pay only for what you use. That's fair. Maybe in the future having a subscription plan after you reach a certain amount of sms sent and have a fixed price, would be awesome!
Very good. You can pay per message and its not much. The only bad part is you can shorten your links.

So far so good! I have only used it twice and it's easy for someone who isn't super techie. Also, their customer service is FAST & excellent! I'm excited to continue using it! Ottima app, semplice ed efficace! Abbiamo iniziato a usare YSMS per le nostre campagne SMS e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. L’interfaccia è intuitiva e ci ha permesso di partire subito senza bisogno di lunghe configurazioni. Ottimo anche il supporto clienti: rispondono in modo rapido e sono molto disponibili.
Muy satisfecho con Ysms. La plataforma es fácil de usar, intuitiva y ofrece herramientas muy útiles para recuperar carritos, enviar campañas SMS y automatizar el seguimiento con los clientes. So far it's been a good app for us. We are just testing to see how our customers respond to the text. Being able to see the ROI is good. We like that there is not app membership needed. I'm not sure what's happening with this app, but my campaign from earlier this week never reached our subscribers despite that app claiming it did. Now there's a "USA Deliveries Temporarily suspended" banner across the top of the Overview page. This is very disappointing as I haven't been able to reach our subscribers with our planned promotion. Thank you for reaching out. After reviewing the issue together, we identified that the customer you used as a reference to verify the campaign delivery was not included in the selected audience — which explains why they did not receive the message. That said, given the misunderstanding, we issued a full refund for the campaign as a gesture of goodwill. As for the USA deliverability banner, this was a temporary issue caused by external carrier restrictions, which was promptly resolved. We haven't received any further feedback from you via email since the analysis was completed, but please know we're still here and happy to support you — either by email or through our live chat.

I just downloaded the app and purchased non-refundable credits. Upon sending my first sms, to myself as a test to see what my customers will receive, I was given a blocked notice stating my store is spam and I am blocked from using their services. Annoyed to say the least. We have filters to monitor SPAM situations, this is necessary to avoid unpleasant situations. The message says you can contact us if you think it is not correct, we will analyze the situation and we would have unblocked you. The credits are refundable, you can contact us
App is very bad, very buggy. I have order checkout recover enabled and it keeps sending smses to people that already ordered. It is simply unbelievable how bad it is. Clients call us saying that they ordered and they are very angry as they get smses that they did not order. Support is very bad and unresponsive. I just downloaded this app, it is super easy to use but I can barely type anything in my message without it costing $90. Might stop using this because of how much they are charging to send a message. I tried several other SMS apps before, and they were mostly a disaster. I tried again with YSMS and what a breath of fresh air. First of all, it worked straight out of the box. Secondly, it’s intuitive and easy to setup and personalise. And if you need any help, support on live chat is great. They always respond quickly, usually within a few minutes and they’re very helpful. So far, I’m very happy with the app and can highly recommend it.
