I installed Smart Search after not having such a good experience with another more expensive search app. After installing the Smart Search app, it didn't automatically match my themes styling. I reached out to the Smart Seach support team and over the course of a couple of weeks and my constant emails they worked tirelessly to style the app, perfectly as I wanted. I can't rate them highly enough. The app as well as looking good also performs very well and I particularly like the fact that it automatically re-indexed your store's products, behind the scenes every 10 minutes. The price of their app is also lower than some of its competitors. So I highly recommend the app and its support team. UPDATE - October 2022. Been using the app for almost a year now. The support from the whole team has been excellent with particular mention to Julia who worked patiently to help me customize the looks and feel of the app with our store. A great app with great support. Thank you and well done! UPDATE October 2023. I installed a new theme and needed Searchanise to be styled to match the new theme. I'm very particular and wanted the styling to be 100% pixel-perfect. The Serachanise team were extremely patient and worked tirelessly to make all of the styling changes I wanted until I was 100% satisfied. Their service has been excellent!!! I can highly recommend this app and the team working behind it. UPDATE March 2026. Contacted live chat on Sunday morning at 6.30am. To my surprise, someone was available straight away and helped me. Amazing support!

Needed some help to set up the rates for my scenarios. At 7am, I reached out to the live chat. Connected immediately with Janani. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Really good app. This is the second year that I'm using it for the Christmas snow effect. It looks lovely.

I have tried several translation apps, and this is by far the easiest to use. I'm very happy with it. It has translated my whole site, which contains 400 collection pages and 15,000 product pages. The only limitation is that it only translates two languages. Also, the translations are generated by Google, so they are not great. I would like it if it could connect via API to DeepL Translate or similar for more accurate and natural translations. Other than that, considering it’s completely free, I have to give it five stars.

So far, excellent service. Installed the app and all went well. Then booked a video chat and was helped to finish setting everything up. Really good app and fantastic service. (24-hour support - impressive). Can highly recommend.

I tried several other SMS apps before, and they were mostly a disaster. I tried again with YSMS and what a breath of fresh air. First of all, it worked straight out of the box. Secondly, it’s intuitive and easy to setup and personalise. And if you need any help, support on live chat is great. They always respond quickly, usually within a few minutes and they’re very helpful. So far, I’m very happy with the app and can highly recommend it.

Over the past year, I have tried 3 or 4 different translation apps, and I gave up on all of them. By chance, yesterday I found LangShop AI Language Translate. My store has over 10,000 products, 400 collections and 80 blog posts. I installed the app in the morning and by the afternoon, the whole store was translated. The first time I contacted them it was around 4.30 am and they responded immediately. I contacted them maybe 4 or 5 times throughout the day and each time their response was instant. Their support service was EXCELLENT! I would like to make a special mention and thanks to Ekaterina who was so helpful. I find the app really good and quite intuitive to use once you get familiar with it. The only thing it doesn’t have at present is the ability to translate image ALT text but this is apparently due to be rolled out shortly. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the app and the support service. I can highly recommend the app.

Great app and amazing support!! I was looking for a postcode validator for our store and came across "Zipcode Validator and Checker" and decided to give it a try. It was very easy to setup and works like a dream. Although the app provided some basic styling options, I wanted a little extra styling so contacted support. Within 30 minutes they responded and another 30 minutes later they had made the validator panel seamlessly look part of our theme. I couldn't be happier and all for only $1.99 per month! I tried a few SEO site speed apps and I found this to be the best. It doesn’t do everything (no app does) but it ticks most of my boxes and does them well. I contacted support a few times and they responded very fast, usually with 15 minutes be it early morning or at night and they were excellent. A particular thank you to Tony who helped me tonight.

I installed the app and needed some help to tweak some settings so as to exactly match my theme's styling. I reached out to support and they responded quickly and provided a fantastic service. They understood my requirements, were conscientious, polite and very thorough. I now have the app set up exactly as I need it. So definitely a 5-star rating is deserved for the app and for the support provided. Now I will just sit back and wait for all of the pre-orders to some though :-)

I have been using this Data Export app for just a short time and I must say that I'm really impressed. The app has helped me create custom reports exactly as I need them for my business which Shopify alone cannot do. Darren at Support has been very helpful working tirelessly to answer all of my questions and to create the custom reports. The support has also been extremely fast (usually within 10-20 minutes) which inspires confidence in the app. I now have everything set up as I need and on the 1st of each month, I will get my custom reports automatically sent to me by email. This is such a great time saver for me and makes the small monthly subscription fee worth every penny. I can 100% recommend this app.

Just installed the app today. I had to contact Codisto for the first time on live chat with some setup help and they answered immediately and quickly helped me with my issue. So far so good.

I was using another app that charged me every time I printed an invoice. If in one month I printed even just 1 invoice, I would get billed ¢10. So I searched for an alternative and found the Shopify free printer but the templates were too simple and I didn't want to customise them using liquid. So searching again, I found Order Printer Templates. I gave it a go and it was very easy to set up and customise. I have now bought the templates and every time I print, there's no extra charge. The templates look very professional and work perfectly. I am very happy and can definitely recommend it to others.

I have been using the app for about a year now and am very happy with it. it does exactly what it says and is easy to use. This week I had a small issue (which was my fault) and I contacted the developers. They replied within an hour and told me what to do to correct the issue I had, which worked. So overall, a sold app backed up with good service. I can recommend this app without hesiatation.

I initially installed this app on a trial basis. I took a few days to test everything out. I needed a bit of help and I always received fast and professional support from Guillaume at Weglot. He helped me set up everything with my theme. I was so pleased and felt confident in Weglot that I invested in the 'Advanced' annual plan. My site is now translated from English into Greek and Russian and slowly I will be adding more languages. So far so good. 10 out of 10 to Weglot.
