Zipchat AI Chatbot & Live Chat

We've been using ZipChat for a few months now and we have been really pleased with it. We use it across all three of our domains and it has now become our first point of contact on the websites for our customers. We were looking for a way to improve our customer service, and we weren't even sure if AI chat would become a permanent part of our setup but it is now!

We've only been using ZipChat for a few weeks, but so far are really happy with how fast it learns and how many customers are using it. We have a way to go with fine-tuning the ChatBot's voice and knowledge, but the learning curve is fast! I'm giving 4 out of 5 because it is a bit hard to work with a support team who isn't US-based, although they've been responsive and available, it just takes a little extra effort. The prompting system is working, but takes some time to get used to and understand if you're not super AI/tech-savvy.
