I just installed the app and so far I have to say I'm thrilled. A special thanks to customer service. Rona and Tina in particular were very professional and knowledgeable.

Georgi was quick to provide me with clear instructions and when things got too complicated he stepped in and swiftly got everything up and running. Highly recommend this team as they are dedicated to providing a quality app that actually works and when it doesn't they step up and resolve the matter. They are a serious company that I recommend.

Have tried other apps but this one comes with highly proficient customer service with tons of patience answering all of my questions . The best part however is when there is an issue or even a potential issue, either with a software upgrade in the system or the theme software has updated or even your browser, the staff are available pretty quick after they are contacted so it is not necessary to waste time with Shopify support (they just direct you to the app developers whenever something is amiss anyways so that is why Shopify support is a waste of time with these professional app developers. ) Hoping to see other features added into the app in the future. Highly recommend LensAdvizor to any serious merchant who doesn't have time or money to waste. These are the guys for you!

I became a Google Merchant in 2010 and at the end of March. When I launched a Google ADS campaign within a couple of days , it the same moment I connected my merchant account to the campaign I was immediately sent an email by Google stating that my merchant account had been suspended. Upon coming here to the review site I was astonished at how many recent 1 star reviews were posted by other Shopify customers with exactly the same result of Google suspending the merchant accounts under the exact problem heading of misrepresentation . Very disappointed for the lack of due diligence for Shopify customers who now have suspended merchant accounts caused by misrepresentation of what?? Nobody knows, at least that is what the other reviews say. Then answer from Google is also very vague and does not have any ideas on offering a solution to fix this serious problem

This App and it's fantastic customer service are to be highly recommended, we have been shop owners working on Shopify for 6 years now and this is the BEST customer care we have gotten from ANY App Period! What a great app , easy to install, had a few glitches initially where some stuff wasn't working with our theme we have installed, but the customer support is amazing Maor got back to us right away and was able to rapidly solve our little hiccups and had us back on track in less than one hour response time.Also the app is so easy for the customer to use, we tried it out with several different photos. We recommend this app because it is simple to use and the customer support from the App developers is swift and effective. Look forward to our future collaboration Maor!
