ZipChat AI is one of the more impressive AI Chatbots on the the market! Setup was incredibly fast with a guided walk through and no coding required. The AI immediately learned our product catalog and handles customer questions in a way that actually sounds human, guiding shoppers right to checkout. What sets ZipChat apart is that it doesn't just answer questions — it sells. It proactively engages visitors, recovers abandoned carts, and recommends the right products based on browsing behavior. Conversions have noticeably improved since going live. The support team is amazing. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our store's success. If you're running an ecommerce store and not using ZipChat yet, you're leaving money on the table. Highly recommend!

So far the app delivers what promsied and it has a easy to use interface.
The app is incredibly simple to set up navigate. Complete with a very helpful support team that is always available to answer any questions. This app does everything we need.
