Adept Knives

Does a great job at letting me organizing the incoming tickets/tasks coming in.

NOT COMPATIBLE with empire theme from pixel union. Crashes cart and after hours of support cannot be setup. Do not install if you are on this theme. Support was great and they tried for hours to help but app was just not compatible. Thank you for being honest and fair in your review — we truly appreciate it. 🙏 We're sorry the app wasn't compatible with the Empire theme and that it caused disruption to your store. This is valuable feedback and our team is looking into improving compatibility with this theme. If anything changes on your end or we release an update, we'd love to reconnect and make it work for you! 💪

wonderful customer service!
