I recently migrated from another subscription app, and I can confidently say this one is a huge upgrade. Not only does it offer more customization and flexibility to fit my business model, but the customer support is truly exceptional. From the start of the migration process, the team was friendly, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Brooks, who just helped me fine-tune the settings just now—super clear and efficient! I highly recommend this app. The features, support, and overall experience have been far better than what I used before.

I just installed this app and will have to play around a bit more but the customer service had answered all the questions I had and resolved the issues. Hope it helps with managing both TT and shopify more effectively

Easiest bundle app ever! I am using this on all of my products
Customer service is great and fast. It’s a bit hard to use the application but it does have lots of templates and forms. Hope e it's a bit more user-friendly for people Who has no experience in photoshop or coding but overall it, enjoying using this app!

AMAZING CUSTOME SERVICE! I was trying to set up a spin the wheel and it was my first time so I was struggling until I talked to Kate from the One plus team. It was 2:58am in my time (not sure where she is located) but I can see that customer service is 24hours and this really helps business owners! I am looking forward to trying other services they have on this app. Strongly recommended!
I just installed this app from another review app and I haven't got into exploring all other features yet but from the first day, their customer service is way better than the app that I used. The live chat was so helpful, they responded to my questions right away within 2 minutes. And they were very kind and patient when going through multiple questions that I had. Especially I loved the part where you get the same agent even you come back a few hours later. It was super helpful because he knows the level of knowledge that I have with this app. I am pretty sure I will be satisfied with their features as well since this app was recommended by many of my friends.
