I've been using the app for more than a year. Harvey helped me with the initial installation and has again been available to help me troubleshoot a change from FBA to FBM. The app is not always intuitive to me, but the team has worked hard to make it work for me. What a fantastic review! We've worked really hard to continuously improve supporting our customers and we're glad to know how it pays off with you experiencing this.
Axel has always been quick to respond and to troubleshoot. EDP has been a great addition for us!

Even though we are currently using the free plan for Product Labels & Badges, I received great customer service from Jena Nguyen. She pulled the developer, Tran Duc Nam, in to assist and they resolved my issue speedily. I can now accomplish some things on my website that I couldn't accomplish before.
