We’ve had a positive experience with the Gorgias AI Agent overall and are continuing to refine and optimize it alongside the Gorgias team. While the AI is not always fully accurate yet due to occasional hallucinations, we’re hopeful ongoing improvements will help it provide accurate and helpful support the vast majority of the time. It has been especially helpful in independently resolving straightforward customer inquiries while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone. The AI Agent has also significantly helped manage high ticket volume, creating more time and space for our team to provide thoughtful, personalized support to customers who require more complex assistance.

AMAZING THIS IS THE APP WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN LOOKING FOR. It does everything we want, it crawls sites for lower prices and has pretty easy reporting to notify us of these price changes.
I like to think of this app as my site merch assistant without the overhead. It has saved me an immeasurable amount of time optimizing key pages that would normally only get monthly manual refreshes. CVR rates are on par or exceed pages I merchandise on my own, giving me the confidence to let Entaice do all the work in periods of time where I am juggling an endless list of priorities. Product pinning is an incredible added feature, allowing for cohesive paid social / email marketing linking strategies while being confident the remainder of any given page is being sorted based on real time data. The most important feature to me as a merchant is this app's consideration for the visual cohesiveness / color scheme of a page on top of sales and inventory data - the perfect balance of art and commerce.
I use this app essentially as a merch assistant to tackle collections on my site I am unable to get around to merchandising as frequently. It's a huge relief to know all collections where the app is turned on are being fully optimized based on sales and inventory data without me having to lift a finger. If you're a site merchandiser with a ton of collections to manange you 100% need this app. Don't be surprised when you see CVR rate spike higher than when you manually merchandise!!
This app covered all the cases that we needed. Anytime I thought I ran into a limitation I found that the use case was already accounted for.
