I have installed this app and forgot that I have installed this App. Everything is on time and the blogs created are nice to read. Worth reading the blogs.

Imported Products are placed wherever. Products can not be placed at a proper place. If your website is like mine, and you only get customers after a specific product only. I do not recommend this program. Made .89 commission in Month of November, Nothing Month of December.

Only been with Fiidom for a week. Imported 1 product with ease. Used AI to change description with ease also. Only thing I had to figure out was, the prices listed on website were retail or cost pricing.

Ashley was a great help. She helped me found out why my social media accounts would not connect. I love the price of $4.99 per 15 second video to make a ad. That is why I chose this app. I did my first video ad ever. Easier then I thought it would be. Hardest part was to pick the avatar to portray my product. 1 item I learned with this program. The audio is created from your products description, or you can use your own words. My audio used about 360 letters which created a 22 second video. You can edit the words to make it a 15 second ad. I left mind as was. VERY HAPPY with my first video. I have uploaded my video to my shopify store, Ebay, Amazon and Facebook with no problems, because it is delivered to your files as a .MP4 extension. Some one starting out trying out videos this seems like a good choice, although it will be expensive, if you plan on doing a lot of videos per month.

Easy Setup. Good looking emails. I setup this App around midnight when I should have been asleep 2 hours before. Even being tired, it was a breeze to setup. Support was great. Had question. Told me that if you set up emails in Shopify, you have to manually close them yourself, for like the abandonment emails. I like the pop up for signing up to get a discount when my website gets opened by a customer. LOOKS SO GOOD.

I have had this app since 2021. I was able to figure out where to paste the code that needs to be pasted for this app. Since shopify has upgraded to version 2.0 they have changed places for the code. Neon has not upgraded there support help section for the new code placement. I have submitted 2 support tickets for help to place code, with no response. I have Emailed them serval times with no answer, except for the automated response that they have received the Email. Once you upgraded to the next feature, you can not downgrade except to uninstall which I will be doing. To bad though, I really liked this app when it was working before I upgraded my website.

I got this app because I only have 1 product with 41 variants, and needed my customers to order a min 6 products. I would had to purchase the shopify plus plan to get this feature. Had 1 problem. Support helped greatly. Programming issue found. Fixed within 8 hours. Works great now. Just the way I needed it to work. Yes Yes Yes.

Good. Very good. Very helpful on solving issue about adding another channel when the buttons would not work.
