syncX: Neon ‑ Up Confident

I have had this app since 2021. I was able to figure out where to paste the code that needs to be pasted for this app. Since shopify has upgraded to version 2.0 they have changed places for the code. Neon has not upgraded there support help section for the new code placement. I have submitted 2 support tickets for help to place code, with no response. I have Emailed them serval times with no answer, except for the automated response that they have received the Email. Once you upgraded to the next feature, you can not downgrade except to uninstall which I will be doing. To bad though, I really liked this app when it was working before I upgraded my website.

fantastic app - really apprecaite what this app does for free. We will look into the paid options to see other features - but we have used this for a number of years and it is rock solid

This app is very easy to install and to edit. Clean and simple and works exactly like I need it to. Recommend.

This is a great app to show your customers how many is left in stock of an item so they know how many they can order. Great service from the team as well. Highly recommend for those who have inventory.

Exactly what I was looking for! I had trouble getting the code snippet to work, but their team was able to insert the code for me into the theme.

Wow, these guys really impressed me. Initially the app didn't work with my theme, and some other code we installed. I felt the response time from Neon was too slow, and I was going to cancel my subscription, but Yas and his team asked for a second chance, and really came through. They fixed the issues, including some they didn't even create. Thanks for the help, Yas and team.

OMG, The tech support is excellent and they deserve all the credit. I love this app and it does what exactly I wanted. I can not say thank you enough for the Neon. I could not add the code for some reason but once I email and they were so great and did all the work for me. I recommend this app for everyone. Great app and it is FREE. YAY
