Let’s just first talk about this application. It works perfect. This is a massive solution that increases custom functionality on your Shopify digital landscape. I highly recommend adding this over any other app. I’ve also been in the digital space for over 14 years. I’ve worked with nearly every platform, with many agencies, with every application, and nearly all services. I’m letting you know this all because I have never had the experience anywhere better than what Wholesale Helper has provided me. We were having a near critical issue. It was effecting sales and I immediately reached out to wholesale helper for support. This issue was created from our custom theme we built at checkout. Within minutes they responded, within 10 minutes I had the development team on the phone putting in all the effort to make sure our website was their priority. After our issue was fixed they continue to develop more on the site that would only help improve our customers experience along with our backend management. Their dedication was so sincere and so reactive it felt like they were our own development team. I would personally like to thank every single employee that works there for their support.
