Digital Downloads is an essential part of my business. It is easy for both me and my customers.

We had the app installed and subscribed to Pro on their website and starter in Shopify apps. It does the most basic of operations and is not very user friendly- at least not for us. After about an hour or so we decided it was frustrating and went back to quickbooks. Although the 1 star isnt because of the product being frustrating to use, it was because no offer of a refund or automatic refund of my money for the pro subscription for only trying it out for an hour or so. I went to their support pages to contact them about the refund, but it takes you to a page that says "how support works" then says contact them through your account. That would be great if when you cancel your account you dont get locked out the second you did it. So no refund... and no "oh you paid for this so we will let you use it until the subscription ends" no just "here's the door, see yourself out, and we are keeping your money too." The Sync to Wave Shopify app is an independent integration that connects Shopify with Wave Accounting. We do not control Wave’s billing system or their refund policies. I honestly have not had any problems with it at all, compared to other reviews. My needs just might not be the same. I installed it to help with invoices for international shipping at first, and it is fantastic! I also learned it works great for packing slips for my thermal printer. So for me, it is all aces! Thanks for having this app!

Fantastic App! Reliable Integration, Best Rates, and Effortless Workflow. I’ve been using Pirate Ship long before switching to Shopify, and the ability to integrate the two was one of the main reasons we made the move. The setup process was incredibly straightforward, and syncing our orders took only a few clicks. Since integrating Pirate Ship with Shopify, the experience has been flawless. Orders always sync correctly, tracking information automatically pushes back into Shopify, and customers can receive shipping notifications through Pirate Ship while still being able to view their order status and tracking right from their Shopify account. That level of automation saves time, reduces errors, and helps maintain a smooth customer experience, which we are all looking for. Pirate Ship consistently offers some of the best shipping rates available, and the platform itself is intuitive, fast, and easy to use — from creating batches to printing labels and handling tracking, less off of my plate as a solopreneur. The only improvement I could imagine is being able to use Pirate Ship directly inside Shopify instead of needing to open the Pirate Ship site — but even with that step, the process is still quick and seamless. If you're looking for a reliable, affordable, and easy-to-use shipping solution for Shopify, Pirate Ship is absolutely worth it. I wouldn’t want to run fulfillment without it.

GOAFFPRO is AMAZING! I use the free version for now until my company grows, at which point I will switch to the paid version. I love that the free version offers so many customization options. It is extremely easy to set up, pay your affiliates, and add tools for branding. Customer service is out of this world! They are very kind, helpful and FAST! I first had GOAFFPRO on Squareup and recently switched to Shopify. Instead of making me create everything over again, they simply told me to let them know when I was ready and they would move it over. They had everything finished and done within 24 hours after letting them know. I am beyond happy and thankful for this team and app!

I have been using Canva for years. It is nice to be able to connect it to Shopify to use our images and cutting out all the downloading time. The app is very straightforward and very easy to use.

Headache! I kept having issues with my add to cart buttons disappearing. All the information I found was that it had to be something with the theme. I would install and publish a different theme and my buttons would come back. So I had to completely delete the theme, reinstall it along with all of my customizations. Sadly, but gratefully after the second time of this happening, I figured out it was this darn app making these things happen. I could kick myself for not realizing it the first time. JUST DONT DO IT! Save yourself a headache and frustration.
