I’ve used a lot of Shopify apps over the years, so I try not to leave reviews that simply say “Great app, great support”. Appstle’s subscription team deserves a bit more detail. We moved our subscriptions from Recharge, and the team supported us throughout the migration. They worked directly in Recharge and our Shopify store, helped configure the app, and even helped me brand the subscription widgets so they felt like part of our site. What impressed me most was how rigorous they were. If something didn’t look right, they investigated it. They wouldn’t let an error slide or rush us into going live. That care gave us a smooth cutover, with everything working as it should. The support was excellent throughout. Someone was always available, and when one team member stepped away, another picked things up quickly without making me explain the whole situation again. The app has an excellent range of features, but it’s the people behind it who made the difference. We’re now live, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better migration experience. Awesome team. Excellent product. Very easy five stars.

From the moment I installed the app, the onboarding support was right there. No feeling that I needed to upgrade, pay extra or jump through hoops to get help. It was simply available. Ours wasn't a particularly small migration either. We needed to migrate and sync 100,000+ customer profiles from our previous loyalty system, configure new earning and redemption rules, and make sure the rewards and balances all lined up correctly. The support throughout was exceptional. Someone was seemingly always available. If one member of the team needed to step away, somebody else picked things up incredibly quickly. I never had that horrible experience of explaining everything again from scratch or wondering whether I'd disappeared into a support queue. What impressed me most, though, was that they didn't just do what I'd asked. While helping with the implementation, the team spotted other things on our site that they felt could improve how the app worked and the overall customer experience. They asked if I'd like them to make the improvements. I said yes, and they got on with it. That's support done properly. We've now gone live, everything is working, and I genuinely can't thank the team enough. This is also one of several Appstle products we're now moving across to, and experiences like this make that decision considerably easier. Great team. Great product. Exceptional service. Very easy five stars.

Well done SPOKS Team. We grew on Klaviyo to 140,000 users but at points had 2000 regular customers, so the plan was costing us a fortune, and Klaviyos admin to surpress , unsurpress to align the commericals was crazy. When I saw your ad I though I was dreaming or it'd be rubbish. But as you included a sync and personal review of our flows, I couldn't say no. Since moving to you not only have we incredible ROI on our cost of email we use our GPT to help us manage everything. Absolutely love SPOKS. Well done!
