I have been using ShipTection for a couple of months without any issues. They have a good revenue share and we do have some people add it to their purchase, so it is a add value to those customers. I looked at a couple of their competitors, but they wanted a much higher portion of the sale. We have never had a claim on a delivery. It is a win/win for a bit more revenue.

I have been using the Custom order status for quite a while. It is great for keeping my customers informed in the process. By using this I can help keep the incoming emails and phone calls since they are getting notifications. Thank you.

I have been impressed with this new way of collecting leads. It gets someone to know a little bit more about out company and helps build confidence in making their purchase. They helped me set it up so it was very easy to get started. It is a much more welcomed approach with a full page pop over or giving a discount upon opening the page for the first time. Get less complaints and more leads with Alia.

Grid & Pixel is awesome! I had been using differnt agency's to to help get our flows working properly. They all needed to redo everything becasue they were so much better then the last agency. It took a lot of time and money the keep changing after we were not getting results any better then the last agency. When I found Grid & Pixel, it was a no brainer. These guys have a track record that speaks for itself and they were not looking for set up fees and long contracts. Their open rates are the best we have had and they are very easy to work with in getting everything set up. I would highly reccomend them!

I am new to PageFly, but I was able to get a hold of Paula in their chat. She was super helpful with my home page layout. We have customized our theme quite a bit but we were able to reproduce it very quickly. There is some custom development still needed but they will get me a quote in 24 hours, which is great!

Love this app! As I was looking at the apps that had heavy load times my number one issue was Yotpo. We looking to replace it I found Rapid Reviews and was amazed at how much faster the app is over all the competition. Google Merchant Center was not showing all of our star ratings, but it is fixed now. I reached out to William about the app and talked about some other issues I was having with load times and an unrelated 404 issue. He even pointed me in the right direction for finding other help. William is more than helpful. I strongly encourage you to try out the Rapid Reviews app!

I used a different feed builder but was unhappy with the app. I found Simprosys; I actually had two individuals suggest them. They are great to work with in getting everything installed properly. They could even troubleshoot since not all of my tags were firing correctly. This app and its support outshine all other vendors I have worked with on Shopify. I would highly recommend them.

Support was able to help me get the site verified and set up the structured data so I can properly use their tools. I am not sure why my SEO team had not done this previously.

I was really impressed when I found the Fast Simon App. It looks like it can do everything I want it to do and maybe more. I am still setting everything up. I did run into some display issues, but Kate was able to figure out what needed to be changed and the problem was solved within minutes. This is the best search and filtering we have ever had on our site. Thank you.
