Honestly, a must have app if you ship to EU. So easy to set up, saved me loads of time and the customer support is top notch.

Great app. Customer service has been very helpful, they respond instantly and always make sure to solve any problems.
Really bad customer service. Cancelled our account because we opened a PayPal case against them after they did not reply to two emails regarding a lost order, and then completely ignored us once again when we tried to resolve this. Rude and unprofessional - avoid.
Printed a design for us for two years, then decided to say it violated acceptable use. Refused to refund the digitisation fee they had accepted to embroider it. Patronising customer service, particularly Ismails
