We are using LOOP for past few months. Our subscribers have increased by 200+%. Their support is amazing. Always available and happy to help. Just would like to have some flexibility to improve design for customer portal and move widgets around. Overall, highly recommended!

Great product but support since the IPO has dropped, the support teams aren't given any powers to do anything so you can wait weeks/months from connected departments. If you need/think you might need to move quickly then choose another vendor.
