We are not happy at the moment because the app is trying to force us to send our reviews to Google, which we don't want to do. The new version of the app always contains this feature and once switched there is no way back and no way to turn it off. If we stay on the old version, we get no support or updates anymore :(

The app launched updates without informing me and as I didn't go into the app to accept it (as I didn't know about it), our entire tracking broke down. It took me weeks to figure out that an update in this app caused all the issues. The support wasn't helpful either. Now again, they launched a new version and forced me to move to it. My banner design and all customizations were lost in the process, and I had to start from 0. Therefore, I now decided to move to a different Cookie banner app. Thank you for your review. This update was communicated over the past few months via email. It's unfortunate to hear that your tracking is no longer working as expected. Absolutely disappointing service! The commission was suddenly miscalculated without any changes from our side, I can only guess that the app caused the issues. Unfortunately, I never received any answer to all of my urgent emails seeking support.

This app is simply excellent! Its easy to use and have almost all the function we are looking for. Even the one function they don't offer there is a way around it (without too much hassle). The customer service is extremely quick and very helpful. Lastly, the implementation time from when put "online/active" is almost instant, which saves a lot of when testing and setting up. Would definitely recommend others to try it!

Support and the app are really good. Adam helps you directly when you have questions. He also has solutions directly at hand.
