I just started using this app for my store and I would say it is very easy to use. I did require some customisation to match the look to my store in terms of font style and size and teh customer service was super helpful in fixing that for me. Very quick in replying....

I had a complicated requirement, I wanted a solution which could export my sales done on Shopify POS on daily basis in a particular format to an FTP Server. Lukasz from Exporteo was extremely patient in understanding my requirement and modifying automation so his app could fulfil my requirements. Installed few review apps and deleted them...before i started paying for them i wanted to test to see which one fits to my needs. STAMPED.IO checked all marks and i am very happy with the app...even on free plan i got super excellent customer service...they even help me format the review page on my website so it could match my theme.....keep it up STAMPED.IO
