We've been using Relocate on 3 different stores the Relocate team has been very helpful and responsive when requesting customization. We were able to reduce CS workload by allowing customers to edit their shipping address or cancel their order themselves before it is shipped. The setup was quick and easy.

They once had a fast feedback and great understanding on their issues, however the quality and speed of customer service is now subpar.

Compare to other APP, snpt gives similar features yet it is free. Highly recommend using it to get a sense of shoppable Instagram. It would be great they have more integration support with other APPs.
