Don't subscribe to sauce without trying videowise. Just been in touch with the bank regarding some payments taken without the explanation.
Sauce is great, it makes my shop look so much more engaging with UGC showing on most pages. It gives a lot of cool options. I love the HERO video option. I am very happy with how things are displayed on my shopify store. Some things take a little time to figure out but their team is helpful.

Great app! Sadly, for so long, I didn't understand all that we could do with the platform. I was only utilizing a very small fraction of what we could do. I reached out with a question on how to do something, and Fede and Guy went above and beyond in showing me the possibilities and even setting up examples. It was clear how strong their knowledge of UGC and social proof was for a small business like ours. Now, I have the ability to look like the big dogs. Speaking of the big dogs, I wasn't treated any less by Guy or Fede because we weren't a huge company. The genuinely were interested about my business, and plotting out what would work wonderfuly for us. It wasn't planned originally for 2026, but now figuring out how to fully implement all the offerings of Sauce for our shoppers is at the forefront of our mission. Because of the them being in a different zone (5 hours ahead of us), sometimes there can be a little delay in response, but everything is always addressed and responded to.

I’ve had a few calls with the Founder & CEO, Guy, and he’s been super responsive, encouraging, and really listens to what Sauce's customers have to say. Their team comes back with thoughtful answers that actually lead to results. That's what really makes this app a 5-star experience...the wonderful support. I’ve run into a few hiccups along the way, but unlike most other Shopify apps, I don’t stress—because I genuinely trust the Sauce team to have my back. The app looks great, it’s engaging, and we’re excited about all the different ways we can continue to use it moving forward.

I've been looking for an Instagram shoppable feed for awhile now and so happy that I found SNPT! It's highly customisable to integrate nicely in your website and the flexibility to reuse content from our instagram posts will help to reduce our time to curate content on our site. Absolutely love working with Sauce! The team is super helpful with website coding since I have an older theme at no extra charge. I have also seen many conversions from Sauce and month after month it pays for itself and then some. This app is amazing! It not only looks great on our sites but it really drives a revenue increase. The developers could not be nicer or more helpful. Dishonest, dodgy and unethical business practices. We had a HQ deal with Federica for US $200 / mo. For the first 3 months they charged us this, then they changed without telling us and started charging us $400/mo - they claim to have generated all these sales, when they are only appropriating sales if a customer sees an image or video on our site with the app. NOT worth it, extremely expensive and dishonest ways of doing business.

If there was any miscommunication on pricing, I’ll own that, and we’ll fix it. But what’s strange is that we’ve reached out multiple times to discuss, and instead of hopping on a quick call, this ended up in a review. Feels like a missed opportunity, don’t you think? 2️⃣ On sales attribution - Here’s the Truth The claim that we take credit for sales just because someone saw an image or video? Completely false. ✅ Sauce only attributes a sale when a customer clicks on a Sauce module and completes checkout. No click = no attribution. ✅ We literally align our risk with your success - we only win when you do. 3️⃣ The data doesn’t lie Let’s look at the actual results: 📈 AOV is up. 📈 Website conversion is up. 📈 Customers interacting with Sauce are spending more. So if Sauce is making you more money, how exactly is that a bad thing? 4️⃣ The bigger picture - let’s Fix This I get it - if you feel blindsided by something, that’s frustrating. What I don’t get is ignoring all our outreach and then blasting us publicly instead. So let’s fix it. Let’s get on a call and actually talk this through. If we messed up, I’ll make it right. But if Sauce is genuinely driving more revenue for you, then let’s be real - this isn’t about the tool, it’s about making sure you’re using it the best way possible. And hey, if nothing else, at least I’ll get a chance to hear your side directly instead of reading it like a scene out of a courtroom drama. 🎭 Let me know what works. Door’s open....
Extremely Expensive - Customer Gouging We negotiated directly with HQ for a $200/mo plan, ended up getting charged close to US $400/mo. Not worth it and very expensive. The app claims credit (they charge you extra commission) every time a customer might happen to see an image or video and then purchase. They claim they generated the revenue / bring in additional sales - I call this attribution theft! Try instafeed for $6/mo instead.

This app is amazing! It makes our site lively and interactive. I love all of its features, especially our Instagram feed. I highly recommend this app to anyone with a Shopify store.
I really want to like this app but there are so many things wrong with it. 1. I cannot choose the video I want for my hero video. 2. Hero products video doesn't work. 3. I cant choose thumbnail for loop clips. 4. when I select auto play for loop clips, only 1 video plays on auto, some do too but all of them dont and most of them dont autoplay 100% of the time. 5. I cant choose the order of the stories. 6. none of the customizations really work for loop clips, let alone the other features. 7. the user interface is soooo bad, its pretty but simple things on the UX require work arounds just to make the website functional. 8. and the BIGGEST one of all, which I think is deceptive is that the media you upload goes to all the widgets - meaning what you use for stories, get played as the hero, the product gallery - you cannot specifically select content for specific widgets. thats ridiculous! Things will appear to work on sauce dashboard but on the actual site, it will not work. really unfortunate, how you guys can fix asap.

Hero Product Videos: These videos are linked to specific products and display on Product Display Pages when a tagged video exists. If a product doesn’t show a Hero Product Video, it may not have an associated video. Loop Clips and Thumbnails: Loop clips are designed for continuous playback without thumbnails. I haven't found an app which does what Sauce does with slick design comprehension and with so many features. All the hard work put into Insta content EASILY slides into my website for a continuation on ROI. THANK YOU! We've been really happy with our Sauce experience. We were initially debating between Sauce and a competitor brand, and we're not regretting our decision! Fede is super responsive with any updates or issues and James has been so helpful and knowledgeable in implementing it all. I have asked multiple times for my account to be closed! There is no option for closing an account yourself on the website. No one gets back to me. Don’t install this unless you can afford it!!! I will also be contacting Shopify to let them know about not being able to cancel a subscription with this mob. If I could give zero stars I would.

I love the features and functionality of Sauce. I had been searching for better ways to showcase my social media on my website and I went through lots and lots of apps until I finally found Sauce. I have used the Sauce App now for over 6 years, basically as long as our website chanceloves.com has been live! That should speak for itself! Customers love the curated way to "Shop Instagram”, which definitely has helped our conversions. It's a great way to show off all our posts with an easy direct way for customers to purchase what they liked. The homepage slideshow carousel is an awesome feature, as well as being able to display all specific tagged posts on its accompanying product page. Fede from the support team is highly knowledgeable and always responds in a very timely way. I highly recommend Sauce for every online store, the App works great, and is easy to figure out.

It is a good tool, but it shows only a gray band on product pages that do not have UGC, which breaks up the sophistication of the shop design. Update 2022/12/22 I was told by customer support that it was impossible to get rid of the gray box before, except by using the Fallback Gallery feature, but they have now solved the problem. It would be a better tool if it were possible to analyze the performance of each UGC in more detail. The goal of UGC is not to get published, but it is also important to make improvements based on performance.

There are a few options to remove the 'grey band' you are seeing in your product page galleries. You can use the Fallback Gallery feature to fill the gallery with your most recent images for a richer customer experience. Alternatively, you can remove the background from the section where there are no items to display so it does not appear grey. I am updating my review since I got quite a lot of support from the Sauce team. They've jumped on zoom calls to give me an introductory session and explain the tips and tricks as well as hidden benefits of using the app. Thanks to Fede and Yemi in particular for checking in until I was happy and on my own two feet to start using the app. The app is a bit more than I expected but I now see its benefits.
Its ridiculous the amount you are now charging a month for this. It used to be free. That is quite the jump. And there is basically no free option once you use 50 tags. VERY disapointed.
UX is awful. It won't let me search the influencer by their handle only with hashtags. It also won't let me add the influencer image to the product page without downloading code. It used to be easier to use but since they updated the app, it's gone downhill. Will probably delete the app and find something similar. 100% do not recommend.

This app is great! There’s so many amazing customizable features and most importantly it helps with social proof by getting UGC right onto your website!
Great app. I think it looks good on my website, and the library and settings are easy to navigate. This is the most minimal and fast loading IG apps I've tried, and I scouted through a few! Four stars instead of five because: (1) I'd love to see integration with conversion apps as I sell in multiple currencies. (2) The design on mobile is not as clean as for desktop imo, and from what I can tell I can't make customizations specifically for mobile. Will update if this changes! The support and sales teams are amazing!

Great app. Love the interface on both my website and the back end. Easy to navigate. Great set of tools to use for influencers and social media.
I filled in the wrong email address when registering. But I found that I was using an abandoned email address, and there was no button to click back or modify the email address except for showing the email verification page. so disappointing!

Although we ran into some issues installing the product page gallery at first, the support team has been super helpful! They helped to solve the header issue too - the style and when we need it to be hidden if there's no products tagged, the support and tech team acted very quickly. The rest of the features are super easy to use, really happy with this app. It would be great if the upload media feature can be included in the Pro plan (maybe with a limit to the number of photos you can upload?) as other users had shared the price for premium is not really accessible for small businesses.

Love this app! The Shoppable Galleries and the Shop Instagram page have helped to increase conversions. It literally paid for itself in one day after adding it. Very responsive customer service (Thank You Fede!). I like how you can track results and actually see which images are the most effective for conversions. The only thing I wish I could do (on the Pro plan) is to rearrange the images without having to upgrade to Premium. Highly recommended!
Happily surprised with this app. It has delivered on everything it said it will - which is rare with the amount of rubbish about. Works very well for my industry so if you also operate in a visual vertical it would benefit you.

Such a stand-up app and an amazing team. Knowledgable developers. Compared this to Foursixty and I really prefer Snapt / Sauce after a deep dive into both.
I absolutely love this app. I do not use all of the features only really needing the UGC tagging option to link to products which is great. Would love to be able to upload my own content too as most people have now moved to IG stories rather than posts. The pricing structure is beyond small businesses and such a shame. Would be great if you could purchase a bundle of extra tagging or uploads as one offs like many other apps rather than sign up to a monthly payment if you do not require all of the other features.

Just downloaded the app, so far I’m pleased with it and the support I’ve received is pretty good! Wished images in carousel looked bigger.
SNPT was recommended by our partner shop that has a great look. It's been a while since our shop launched (finally!) and I can tell you we are very, very happy with this app. I don't write a quick review without really trying and seeing how things go with it. Easy to install and get started is one thing and experiencing how well it works is another. SNPT has everything we needed. BE AWARE before you install and spend your time linking product pages to each IG post photo... If you're only using the Free version, you ONLY get to choose and link to 50 IG posts for free. You cannot change them or choose others instead once you've reached the 50 max. Quite disappointed!
Tried a bunch of UGC apps and SNPT's was by far the best. Free version most feature rich we tried and their paid plans are awesome value for money - same functionality elsewhere was 10x.
Great app. When i first started with it you could tag a number of items. Now only one... this was a little disappointing. The app does exactly what we needed and is very user friendly!

I probably don't use this app for its fully intended purpose (the online store part) but I enjoy using it for my social media feed in my website footer. It does a great job displaying the feed and has an intuitive interface that I like. Overall, quite happy and would recommend this app.
This is the second time installing the app. First time it showed some but not all of our UGC and it overtime showed less and less. I uninstalled and looked for a different app but couldn't find one that let me easily edit which pics from feed showed up so I returned. It's several steps but I regram any posts that the app doesn't pick up in the People Powered tags. The regram idea took a few emails to get as an idea from the staff at SNPT. I didnt like the extra steps so I left. Now I am back and did it it seemed to work fine but isnt great for my instgram restyling. Like that I can put gallery on product page now as social proof as people decide whether to buy and tailor it with just pics of that product.
Very useful app if you are looking for instagram shopping on your page. Nice simple layout and easy to use backend.
Super cool app, our primary use is product listing level galleries. This allows our customers to see both our photos, and all of the awesome photos our social following posts FOR FREE! That social proof goes a long way in showing people that other humans actually do use your products. Tons of other great stuff in there too that we're yet to explore, but very excited to in the future.
Beautifully designed app, great features and functions work so well. We are really enjoying this app for our online shop and highly recommend it. Customer service is also fantastic!

I have been using this app for a few months now and I love it. I can't afford to add it yet as a paid service but I love the way it presents my items. Great App!
I like this app a lot! It looks real clean on the site and very easy to use. Installed easily and no problems at all with it. It's nice that it's free and you can upgrade as you grow.
