One day we saw our app just stopped working (cart estimates). I reached out and the developer responded with a detailed issue with Shopify's API and they recommended I take it up with Shopify to encourage them to escalate their API update. I did that and the next day Shopify fixed their API endpoints which allowed the app to work again. A bit of an inconvenience but proactive support helped us work together to get it up again. We use this app to facilitate many parts of our store. Over 350 custom tiered pricing rules for normal and b2b customers, b2b program enrollment, custom list prices for specific customers, and more. Every time we've run into technical issues the team has successfully helped resolve them. Also, there are regular app functionality updates which gives us new options and comfort that the app is well supported.
