I tried this app after I had problems with a competitor's app geographically locating our customers by ip address and assigning an approximate postal code which would auto-fill the same incorrect postal code in the shipping form at checkout. This lead to problems with many misdirected parcels. This app gives the store owner the option to not geographically locate the customer and have the customer manually enter their province and postal code to get shipping rates in the cart. No more incorrect postal codes! In addition, this app gives the store owner many more options to customize the overall appearance in the cart. Best of all, it offers more than the competitor's app for less money! Thank you for sharing your wonderful review! Your support really means a lot to us. Worked with Kate for a month but couldn't overcome a fatal issue when transitioning from the cart to the checkout. If you have more than 8 or so wholesale discounted products in your cart, you receive a shopify 'something went wrong' error page when trying to get to shopify's checkout page. Shopify's checkout times out waiting for information to pass through B2B's server. I was very patient working with Kate and she tried to have the developers change the polling but we never got past the error and I removed the app from our store.

Hi Grant, I'm really sorry to hear this review! That invoice error is rooted on Shopify's end and is unfortunately not within our control. We do have a fix that we have been working to apply to your store. It's difficult to test hence a bit of a back and forth. I'm writing this review to save other business owners some precious time. After installing this app ($39) and an add-on quantity breaks app ($20), I spent 4 hours setting up my quantity breaks groups and found that it only works for the public side of the website. Quantity Breaks does not function with Shopify POS and it also doesn't work if you create orders for customers in the order admin. 4 hours of my time that I can't get back. Bold would be wise to state that their app has limited functionality.
I admit, I fell for it, the app was listed as 'free'. I spent some time setting up the amp templates and I was able to publish 'products' for free. Collection pages require a paid plan, I think blog pages also require a paid plan but I didn't get that far, I uninstalled the app when I was prompted to upgrade and pay for something that was advertised as free.
