Sometimes integration with the store and lots of nuances product issues can be tricky. The code/backend stuff is very unknown to me as a product manager, but I know what we are trying to accomplish and Jack (and everybody I've communciated with at Orbit) are very patient and thorough and always report back on what changes they made as we go through the trial & error process. I really appreciate all their help sorting through our requests to achieve the goals I'm aiming for, even if sometimes we hit a wall.

There was an issue with discounts working in the theme and I contacted support. The support was phenomenal. It was quick and efficient - I described my issue with the steps I took, and I didn't have to repeat anything, nor was I pointed to troubleshooting pages I had already viewed.

This app has been a great solution for managing both our retail and wholesale customers in a single Shopify store. Setting up different pricing for customer groups was much easier than we expected, and the wholesale pricing is applied seamlessly once customers log in. We also appreciate the flexibility with volume discounts and minimum order requirements. Everything has been reliable, and whenever we've needed assistance, the support team has been quick to respond with helpful solutions. Overall, it's a well-built app that has made our B2B workflow much more efficient.

I have had mixed experiences with this app over the may years I have used it and just got my faith back in it after Rob went above and beyond to fix some code and answer my many questions abut a wholesale code that was showing up to all customers on my shop app! It was not the apps fault at all but my web builders error. He also helped me fix shopify's buggy new log in integration. Thank you Rob! Sticking with this app seems customer support has gotten much better than in the past.

We've use the app for many years. It's very helpful! It offers a crucial, but rather limited functionality that extends Shopify into discounting based on Customer tags. It's crucial because Shopify's internal discounting tools are limited and don't allow us to reflect our discounting logic on those discounting tools. It's limited because it requires significant manual labor of managing the tags that trigger the discounts. It really needs to be updated to read Company Metafields, which is a great place to hold data about a Company, and apply it to the Customer Profiles. Supporting B2B features that Shopify introduces is a crucial part of the work of this app. I will try to update this review if they support the new B2B Companies features of Shopify.

We've been using this app for a while and are very happy with it. When I ran into an issue with a CSV upload, the customer support team helped me right away. Jack was incredibly patient and worked with the developers to resolve the problem successfully. Excellent support and a great app overall. Highly recommended!

Wholesale Hub has been a huge win for us; it's made it easy to offer our customers custom pricing along with some solid added perks. I did run into a hiccup today, but their support team came through. Rob was incredibly patient, walked me through everything, and made sure I actually understood the solution instead of just handing me a quick fix. Excited to keep building out our store with this app.

The app's support team responds extremely quickly and has been very helpful to us in resolving our issues in a timely manner! The app does not work with Shopify Bundles, which is a bummer since we intended to have bundles available for wholesale customers to purchase. However, it does everything else we need it to do - apply automatic discounts to specific collections for customers with a specific tag, hide products/collections from view for retail customers. The support team helped us add custom code for our Cart page so that B2B customers can use discount codes, and it looks great / works seamlessly with our online store theme. We have had minimal technical issues, and usually having the customer just refresh their browser or clear cache/cookies does the trick. Definitely a great add-on for Shopify!

I’ve been using the B2B Wholesale Hub app for 10+ years and have never had a problem with it. Just recently I got a strange error message (which really turned out to be nothing), they responded to my questions immediately and fixed the little glitch. No down time for me EVER. It always a pleasure to use an app that is so well thought out, built well, functions so seamlessly and has such a great team behind it. I give it 5 stars and would, without hesitation, recommend this app to all who need a wholesale app!

We’ve been using this B2B app for a couple of years now, and it’s been nothing short of excellent. Everything runs smoothly and reliably, which is exactly what you want in a platform like this. On top of that, their support team is always responsive and helpful whenever we need assistance. Easy 5 stars.

Absolutely awful customer service. I've sent in several help tickets because the app keeps throwing the exact same message at me: 'Install error. There’s been an issue with your install. Our support team is having a look, and we’ll be in touch via email ASAP.' What a joke. Nobody has reached out, and there's zero option for live chat. It's been days since my first request, and I can clearly see on the admin panel that they haven't even opened my tickets yet. Completely unacceptable!

Thought we had some problems with the Wholesale Club app, their support is fast and efficient (thanks Jack, Alex and Emily) and helped us find out the actual cause (which was a Shopify update to the Markets settings). Do be aware that Shopify's in-built multi-currency stuff is not supported, so all your markets need to have the same default currency if you're selling to multiple countries. We use a separate 3rd party app called BEST Currency to display converted currencies to international customers, that does seem to mostly cooperate with Wholesale Club. Update 2024-Aug-27 - had some minor issue with a discount code not automatically syncing. Contacted them and it was fixed in 10 minutes. 10/10 customer support Update 2026-Mar-26 - Shopify broke stuff as they love to do, Jack fixed it very promptly.

Expensive and leech-like

B2B wholesale app is fantastic! It was easy to setup and we are now getting easy B2B orders through our website. If I have any questions, the chat team are very responsive. I liked the app so much that I wanted to use it for another store I manage, however at present new customers cannot use the order minimums function while it is being worked on. I've contacted chat but there's no date for when it will be ready, so sadly I am going to have to get another b2b app for that client.

I had some set up issues. They handled it super quickly. After using another app and experiencing dependability issues, this app is a breath of fresh air.

I installed the app because of the good reviews. Unfortunately, the app is underdeveloped in many respects. While the support team is helpful, the programmers behind it are unable to implement the essential functions for B2B trading. The price of €99/month is completely unreasonable – far too high. We unfortunately invested many hours trying to install the app and now still have to look for an alternative.

Offer excellent and quick support by reps that are very knowledgeable. Kay was wonderful and handled my queries efficiently and explained solutions in a way that I could understand. Jack and the team have been very helpful in what little issues there were while using the app. The app is a good alternative of shopify plus (ofcourse there are some limitations imposed by shopify). Its very easy to use and the price syncing is relatively quick even for a store with a large catalogue as us. Overall very helpful with the app and the support :)

I have had an amazing experience using this app. I wanted to be able to offer custom tiered pricing to certain customers as well as net payment terms. I am by no means a computer genius but Kay and the team have been so helpful in explaining things to me as well as setting it all up for me so I haven't had to try and figure it out on my own. The app is dead simple to set up, yet extremely powerful in its ability to apply discounts at varying levels. My business is really growing after migrating to Shopify along with our decision to deploy B2B Wholesale Hub to handle our B2B side. While the app is great, the support is even better. I submitted an issue that I was seeing outside of their listed support hours. Within minutes I heard back from support. We clarified the issue and another few minutes later the issue had been escalated to Shopify, as it was a Shopify issue not an app issue.
