Thanks to this app, we can (finally!) apply the correct shipping charges for combined orders of our chocolate (chilled) and ice cream (frozen), which are always shipped separately. The support has been awesome, even over the Christmas/New Year period - thank you, Jade! We realise that we're only just scratching the surface of what this app can do, and look forward to digging into more of the features to give the customer even more value. Highly recommended! At first, this app seemed a little overkill for what we needed for our small bean-to-bar chocolate business. However, some hit-and-miss reviews for many of the alternatives out there (who wants their website broken?) plus glowing reviews for Roman's customer support led us this way. Just a few days in, and we know we made the right decision. The app does everything we need it to (with much more in the tank for when we need additional functionality), plus Roman has already helped tweak the app for our site and made speed improvement suggestions (that REALLY work). Bottom line? Get this app. I only wish we'd done it sooner.

Straightforward and intuitive user interface, super-customizable, and very helpful support. Recommended :)

This app is absolutely perfect for our needs (and also allows the flexibility to add other languages down the track). 究極の時間節約アプリです！当工房のクラフトチョコレートのネット販売では、これまでヤマト運輸さんのビジネスサイトに別途ログイン、ネットショップからお客様の情報をマニュアルでコピー＆ペーストで入力していましたが、その大幅な手間を省けるアプリが見つかりました。さらに、ヤマトさんの追跡番号も自動通信されるのでマニュアル入力は一切不要です。アプリのサポート体制も万全です。ありがとうございます！ We send our handcrafted chocolate out via Yamato and, until now, entered each item into the Yamato website one at a time (a LOT of copy/paste). We then had to copy/paste the Yamato tracking code into an email to send to manually the customer. No more. This multi-language app is a huge time saver that means it easily pays for itself (remember, your time has value). Awesome support, too! (Shout out to Thomas)
