The checkout rules only work in test mode and fail to apply when the store is live, making the app unusable for real transactions. I tried contacting support both via info@kedra.io and through the Get Support option in the app, but received no response. While the setup looks promising, it’s misleading to advertise functionality that doesn’t carry over to active mode. Wasted time configuring rules that never actually enforced during checkout.

This app is simply fantastic! It's suitable for all types of businesses, and the service and support are incredibly helpful. Highly recommend it!

The app is good overall but there is a limitation, it doesn't work on the collection page, where products have the direct add-to-cart symbol. The user can add to the cart from there and it won't show a message and doesn't restrict it. Do you guys have looked into it? Thank you very much for your feedback. We checked it and it's working fine here. Even if you're still facing the issue, please contact us and elaborate on it. We will fix it for you.
