I cannot recommend this service to merchants who consider reliable technical support and clear migration assistance important. For clarity, this review concerns my experience as a long-term paying TrackingMore customer during the announced migration from TrackingMore to CWILL. I did not proceed with CWILL after this experience and only installed the CWILL app briefly, which is why Shopify may show very limited usage time for the app. I have been a paying TrackingMore customer for months, and my experience with the announced migration from TrackingMore to CWILL has been extremely disappointing. TrackingMore is now informing Shopify merchants that its Shopify app will be retired and that customers need to migrate to CWILL Tracking. Since this affects a live tracking system used by my customers, I contacted TrackingMore support before migrating and asked several basic but operationally important questions about carrier synchronization, Shopify synchronization, shipment notifications, historical data, what settings would be transferred, and what would need to be configured again. Their support representative did not properly answer these questions. I was first told that I would have to “set-up everything again.” Then, when I asked for clarification and additional technical information, I was repeatedly told to contact CWILL support instead. I explicitly pointed out that I am a paying TrackingMore customer and that this migration exists because TrackingMore is retiring its own Shopify application. Their final suggestion was essentially to activate a CWILL trial and determine myself whether it meets my requirements. What makes this worse is that the TrackingMore dashboard says that my existing setup is “packaged and ready” and can be imported into CWILL “in one click,” which directly contradicts the statement from support that everything needs to be set up again. This is not a minor issue. Tracking affects customer-facing shipment information, automated notifications, and store operations. Merchants need precise answers before migrating a production system. After months of paying for TrackingMore, I expected proper support for a migration that TrackingMore/CWILL themselves are requiring. Instead, I received unanswered questions, contradictory information, and responsibility being passed between support teams. Based on this experience, I have decided not to continue with CWILL and will move to another provider.
UPDATE: THEY ARE TERRIBLE. THEY RUINED THE STORE BY RUINING THE WORK AND NOT DELIVERING EMAILS TO CUSTOMERS, PUTTING ALL SENSITIVE DATA IN DRAMA. PLUS, NO ONE ANSWERS EXCEPT A BOT. DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND BREAK THE STORE. DO NOT TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. THE SUPPORT IS NON-EXISTENT AND WE WILL REPORT THEM. 0 STARS! The app has serious problems and configuration bugs! I contacted support, who claimed to be human, but responded like a bot, providing nonsensical guides and then telling me they'd open a ticket to fix it. All this just with email configuration. The app is confusing and impossible to set up, with nonexistent support and a non-functional app. By non-existent, it means there are only bots, and the people claiming to be "human" respond like bots. Just think, every message started with "Hello," The app is a waste of money and time. Don't download it and pursue other career options. I'll report it to Shopify.

Hi there, this is Karri, the cofounder. I'm sorry about the frustration during setup. There was a real bug preventing DNS records from displaying for your email provider and we take responsibility for that. We proactively offered a free month to make up for the trouble. Our support agent Lenie responded within 2 minutes of your first message and worked with you across multiple conversations. The only gap in support was overnight into the weekend. The team resolved the bug first thing Monday. I can see you're still actively using the app, which I'm glad about. If there's anything else we can help with, feel free to reach out to me personally at ceo@commslayer.com -Karri / cofounder
0 STARS! Avoid this app like the plague. Do it for your business! Terrible app that just wastes your time: it's not intuitive, so you can't understand anything inside it, and it takes a lot of time and experience to set things up. In addition, the quota count is incorrect and creates major problems with order gaps and unavailable tracking. When the customer, even after ordering 7-10 days ago, cannot see the tracking and opens bank disputes for fraudulent products. Furthermore, their support service is terrible; they have put bots in the chat that always respond with the same things. They repeat like a mantra that they give you 20 extra quotas for free, but they are useless. Their free plan used to be at least 100 quotas, now it is 50, and they give you another 20 if you ask for them in chat like begging. Furthermore, their first paid plan with 200 quotas is completely out of the market for the features it offers. There are many other popular tracking apps with many more features and at a lower cost. I think this is the worst app to download. If you care about your business, don't download this app.

Dear User, Thank you for your valuable feedback. We have recorded all your points and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Below is a summary of our responses: 1. Regarding the Complex Setup We will relay your feedback to our product team to improve usability. In the meantime, you can familiarize yourself with our app through the following resource: • Schedule a personalized product demonstration to explore core features with a specialist; 2. Regarding Adjustments to Free Quotas and Subscription Inducement The free quota we offer to users of the free plan has always been 50. and We operate on a voluntary basis, allowing users to purchase the right plan according to their business needs. 3. Regarding Inability to Retrieve Logistics Information This issue is typically due to the following reasons. We recommend troubleshooting step by step: • Verify if the carrier’s official website has updated information: Our data is sourced from official channels. If the carrier’s website shows no tracking updates, we cannot retrieve the information either; • Check if your quotas are sufficient: Once quotas are exhausted, the system will pause synchronization and tracking. 4. Regarding Paid Plans and Market Positioning We invite you to schedule a personalized online demo to see our core features in action. Thank you for your feedback. We will keep improving our product, and sincerely wish you continued success in your business. Best regards, 17TRACK Customer Service Team
EDIT 11/29 POST RESPONSE FROM ORICIHI: Anyone lucky enough to read this message will not regret it. I would like to point out that no refund was made. At the time, I was on a trial period, so I would have paid (even a high price!), so there was no refund. I also pointed this out separately, so I don't understand why it was taken into consideration in the response. So, from this alone, it is clear that they don't know what they are talking about or how to deal with customers. Unfortunately, I am no longer your customer, as I have felt cheated several times. The basic video they sent me makes no sense and proves nothing. I asked them one thing and they replied with another. PRE: I feel cheated Downloading this app was my downfall. Unfortunately, I trusted the positive reviews, but if you think about it, no one really bothers writing positive reviews. Most of the time, reviews are written by people who’ve had serious problems, so they’re negative. This is one of those. Stay away. Data not tracked correctly, non-existent customer service (they respond after 7 hours and never when you need them), for a simple configuration job they took about 3 days without ever completely resolving it and showing the correct time zone in the data (other apps do it immediately, it's just a basic configuration). The only response they give is “our team is working for you, you have to be patient.” Bot-like responses, always identical, that don't let you know if they're reading your follow-up questions. A service to stay away from, it only caused me problems during Black Friday week. Not up to standard for me.

[We hope Shopify and other merchants reading this understand the context of this situation] [Last update] [We cannot issue a refund for this store because you have not made any payment] Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re truly sorry that our app and our support did not meet your expectations during such an important period. We understand how stressful tracking issues can be, and we take your feedback seriously. We’ve already: - explained all your questions clearly - provided a screen-recorded video to demonstrate everything - made sure that your pixel is tracking properly and safely We also issued you a full refund right away because we never want merchants to pay for something they don’t feel confident using. Just to note: - If our app were actually unreliable or fraudulent, we don’t think you would still be using it today. - After carefully explaining and addressing all your requests, asking us to pay $1,000 for waiting less than 24 hours over a weekend is truly beyond the scope of our service. We hope you can understand this context. We hope Shopify and other merchants reading this understand the context of this situation. — The Orichi Facebook Pixel team.
EDIT: First, they ruin your website, causing hundreds of dollars in damage, and then they tell you they'll give you a free subscription (which is obviously not true because it's all a setup). I tried to ask for real, technical information about how the program works in the back end, and they were unable to answer me, except to say the usual childish nonsense and advise me to read their guides, which say absolutely nothing. After I asked for technical information, they blocked my email and never replied again. For me, these are not serious service. I have many doubts about the positive reviews from people who really enjoyed themselves...I had to solve the problem of damaged images (150 random ones) by manually fixing more than 5,000 media files, as it was difficult to find those that had not been damaged by “optimization.” For me, this experience was a waste of money and a lot of energy. The app is unclear about costs and synchronized products. To understand it better, you have to write to customer service, which has proven to be very incompetent in answering specific questions. The synchronization dashboard shows fake numbers because the free plan generates alt text for 150 random images from the store, which is the only feature available with the free plan. The other plans are all very expensive, and to do basic things like image optimization, you need to sign up for the $69 plan. It's a rip-off; there are many apps that offer the same thing at 1/3 of the cost.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry to hear about the frustration you’ve experienced. I’d like to clear up a few points and also make this right for you. First, regarding the free plan: you’re correct that it applies alt text to 150 images as a way to give merchants a preview of how the feature works. This isn’t intended to show “fake numbers” but rather to demonstrate functionality before committing to a paid plan. Our higher-tier plans go beyond image alt text to cover a full suite of SEO optimizations, including structured data, meta tags, redirects, broken link fixes, and more. As for pricing, I completely understand your concerns. While there may be other apps available, ours is designed as a complete SEO solution built specifically for Shopify — not just individual features, but how everything works together to improve long-term visibility and rankings. It’s also one of the most proven and trusted SEO apps on Shopify, as reflected in the installs and reviews we’ve received. That said, I’d really like you to experience the full value our app can bring. I’ve sent you an email so we can discuss this further and help you out directly. Looking forward to your response. Best regards, Lester
A terrible app that ruins your online site. Don't trust it because you'll waste time and money! I optimized my photos using this app and it completely ruined all of them, and randomly at that, so with a store of over 200 products, you can imagine... The photo quality was unwatchable and made the site look unprofessional because I'd never seen such grainy media before, and I even paid €4 for it. DON'T DO IT. You won't be able to go back afterwards and you'll have to manually re-enter the photos. I contacted customer service, who just made fun of me, first telling me that the photos couldn't be recovered and that they would contact the team to let me know what could be done, especially to refund me the cost! I have already notified Shopify and opened a bank dispute. We will take legal action. DO NOT trust them! I'm giving them one star because you can't give zero.

Everything about SEO Image Optimizer is unclear, there is little guidance information, few settings that can be added (almost none), and product synchronization cannot be viewed. The SEO Image Optimizer app links to a storeya.com website where everything seems incomprehensible: there is only one button for SEO Image Optimizer, then it does everything without providing information on the products synchronized in the history, always providing the new result without understanding the total number of synchronized images and synchronized products. Not very useful, 1 star.
