I was able to configure the multi-pixel settings without any issues, and CAPI is running smoothly. When a diagnostic alert appeared in the Event Manager, I contacted support and they checked and resolved the issue on the same day. Their response was quick and precise, which was a great help.

Very Good app their support is best on shopify Best Experience
Great app with accurate tracking and smooth setup. The Conversion API integration works well and gives much clearer data than the standard pixel. Support is fast and helpful. Ryan helped me fix an issue quickly. Highly recommend.

Setup took less than 5 minutes and everything works flawlessly. A clean dashboard lets you easily track views, add-to-cart actions, checkouts, and completed orders. On top of that, the support is outstanding — fast, clear, and very helpful.

EDIT 11/29 POST RESPONSE FROM ORICIHI: Anyone lucky enough to read this message will not regret it. I would like to point out that no refund was made. At the time, I was on a trial period, so I would have paid (even a high price!), so there was no refund. I also pointed this out separately, so I don't understand why it was taken into consideration in the response. So, from this alone, it is clear that they don't know what they are talking about or how to deal with customers. Unfortunately, I am no longer your customer, as I have felt cheated several times. The basic video they sent me makes no sense and proves nothing. I asked them one thing and they replied with another. PRE: I feel cheated Downloading this app was my downfall. Unfortunately, I trusted the positive reviews, but if you think about it, no one really bothers writing positive reviews. Most of the time, reviews are written by people who’ve had serious problems, so they’re negative. This is one of those. Stay away. Data not tracked correctly, non-existent customer service (they respond after 7 hours and never when you need them), for a simple configuration job they took about 3 days without ever completely resolving it and showing the correct time zone in the data (other apps do it immediately, it's just a basic configuration). The only response they give is “our team is working for you, you have to be patient.” Bot-like responses, always identical, that don't let you know if they're reading your follow-up questions. A service to stay away from, it only caused me problems during Black Friday week. Not up to standard for me.

We’ve already: - explained all your questions clearly - provided a screen-recorded video to demonstrate everything - made sure that your pixel is tracking properly and safely We also issued you a full refund right away because we never want merchants to pay for something they don’t feel confident using. Just to note: - If our app were actually unreliable or fraudulent, we don’t think you would still be using it today. - After carefully explaining and addressing all your requests, asking us to pay $1,000 for waiting less than 24 hours over a weekend is truly beyond the scope of our service. We hope you can understand this context. We hope Shopify and other merchants reading this understand the context of this situation. — The Orichi Facebook Pixel team.
I was experiencing technical issues with our facebook pixel (Specifically server side event_source_url parameter being blocked). The official Shopify Facebook and Instagram app wasn't working correctly and it was nearly impossible to get someone from Shopify to look at it. We spent weeks trying to get it fixed only to get the runaround from both Meta and Shopify both pointing fingers at each other. The Shopify AI assistant Sidekick recommended going with a 3rd party app. I downloaded this app and got technical assistance right away from their support. I was able to quickly connect it and disconnect the facebook/instagram app (to avoid duplicate events). It's working great now and the server side issue is fixed.

Customer support was super friendly and helpful! I set it up half way and they messaged me in whatsapp to help me complete the set up. I've never seen this level of customer service!

This app is really helpful to fix facebook pixel issues, and it has improved the events tracking. My pixel couldnt track Add To Cart and it was giving me fake conversions, now that was fixed. I recommend this app for anyone thats just starting with fb ads.

I run multiple pixels on my store to track my marketing in different countries, this application offers all of that and more, very easy to install and integrate the multiple pixels, Peter on the chat function was very helpful, we jumped into a google meet and he confirmed all of my conversion events were triggering correctly. 10/10 recommend, they have a yearly plan option for only $90.... Hard to say no.

Very good application is reporting very well all events especially after IOs14 update, and the support is very helpful thank you Tanmay for you help.

The results looking good these 90days. But Dec facebook update, these 7 days fb ads change bad. So I find for help. Support helped quickly, it's just facebook issue, not app issue, all event do well! Thank you Tanmay!

Very very good app! Interesting how easy is it to apply pixel to the page! I just wondering if it's possible to get even the "initiate purchase", would be perfect. They helped me a lot with supporting, I suggest to install it!
Thank you for the assistance, now I am getting API events being correctly sent to Facebook and assisting with campaigns without burning money on facebook ads that do not perform as they should.
They are building Facebook Pixels Conversion API. I've checked their Facebook page and found that 18 people like this and 17 people follow this. I told them "looks like a scam" on chat. They replied "Hope you will find the right application ". I don't recommend this app to anyone.

App is not free! SCAM I was hoping for straight forward solution. One that is not packed with code that slows down my shop.. It could be a bit more transparent with the pricing options - then I would give it a shot.

Finally I solved the Deduplicate error !!!!!!!! My campaign was in the learning stage for 3 weeks because of pixels problems, but finally it is running great!
