I am already impressed. The Loox App is outstanding and pulled an additional review from the SHOP app that I couldn't figure how to bring over in a competitor's app that I had been using for the last year+. The customer support rep, Mary, answered my questions and provided links to help. I will add more later as I am transferring over everything but I love the referral capabilities, layouts and growth potential.
I love this app and the support is great, as well. Can't wait to see the results that making these designs will bring. Flor went above and beyond to assist me at the end of her shift. She provided excellent service and provided a video so I could see what needed to be done. Thank you so much! Oriana was outstanding, she resolved my issue in one chat. Ngoc, Brian, Julieta and the entire team are invaluable and always spend time to complete the help I need during my call or send follow up. I love the results that I'm seeing of the Personalizable items I have in my store. Can't wait until there are many more.
