Incredible service. Had the app for 5 minutes, and needed a custom feature/rule which wasn't included. Gordon from support created my new feature within 30 min.
We needed a new approach for our internal dashboards. Our previous setup relied entirely on Google Sheets, which, while fully tailored to our needs, was too slow, labor-intensive, and didn’t scale well. Then we tried Polar—and within weeks, it won us over. It offered exactly the capabilities we’d been searching for. Plus, the team listens closely to user feedback. Max has been incredible! He’s always quick to respond, genuinely attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure every issue is fully resolved. Whether it’s a simple question or a more complex problem, Max approaches everything with patience and expertise. It’s clear he’s dedicated to making our experience with the software seamless. We couldn’t ask for better support—thanks, Max! High-quality software and a team that truly cares.
A big shoutout to the EComposer support team for truly helpful and fast help! Incredibly dedicated to helping the user solve even seemingly unsolvable issues by working around some options.
Fast and easy to use, got help with an advanced content box, that i was using for a map embed, and it wouldn't fill out the full space - got help with editing the map css, to work in the page studio template! Great help.
