Visually is a great tool for launching A/B tests without needing dev work. Their AI is easy to use and does a great job at matching ideas and designs, and if it can't get it quite right then Visually's support steps in and always helps make it happen. We have been very pleased with the platform and being able to action and setup A/B tests quickly. As well as full experiences that we don't want to wait for development to get live.
Super easy to use tool for A/B testing on Shopify! We love the overall experience, the interface is intuitive and setup was quick. What really stands out is the support team; they're always ready to help with any issues and get back to you fast. Highly recommend for anyone.

The Ultimate CRO Partner—Incredible Features & Stellar Support! We’ve been using Visually for our A/B testing and CRO efforts, and it has completely transformed our optimization workflow. The platform is incredibly robust. We use it to run everything from theme tests to custom widgets, banners, and tailored custom placements to boost our conversion rates. One of our favorite features is the product recommendations tool, which allows us to test and implement various algorithms to see what truly resonates with our shoppers. We've had a GREAT experience using Visuall! I had never worked with A/B testing before, but the interface is intuitive and easy to learn. Setting up experiments has been straightforward, and the support team has been quick to respond and very helpful whenever we've had questions. :) One of the most rewarding parts is seeing the results come in and discovering that a new variant actually performs better than the original. We've been using Visually for the last couple of months, and we've been able to get AB tests up and running really quickly. I can code HTML and CSS, but I normally rely on a developer for JavaScript. With Visually, I don't need a developer to support me. I use a combination of the AI and coding but even if you don't know how to code, you can still get many tests up and running with an idea or by using their templates. Their support team is fast and amazing. I highly recommend trying it out.

Very annoyed by this app. Have uninstalled but the code remains slowing my homepage down immediately. No 'support centre' to contact, no response from my emails to company. Buyer beware!!!

I've only been using Visually for a week or so during a trial, but the experience has been really positive so far. The platform is intuitive, the visual editor is fast, and the segmentation and targeting options are thoughtfully built. The team has been just as strong as the product. Friendly, responsive on Slack, consultative rather than salesy, and patient with the questions you'd expect early on. If you're evaluating native Shopify CRO tools, Visually is well worth a serious look.

Visually has changed how I work. I’ve used other testing & personalization tools on the market, and nothing compares. Visually’s UI is exceptional — intuitive, clean, and incredibly easy to use. Not to mention, the QA process is refreshingly straightforward. For the first time, I feel confident launching experiences without needing additional resources. You hear a lot of potential partners say, “We want to be an extension of your team.” Most of the time, it feels like a pitch — because it is. That has not been the case with the Visually team. They are proactive, collaborative, strategic, and always quick to jump in and help execute alongside us (if their resources are needed :wink:). Our roadmap grows bigger every day because we finally have a tool — and a partner — that can execute, optimize, and strategize at the speed we need.

I have been using Visually for over a year in a high volume environment. The new generative AI coding options are actually quite slick, and have been able to generate tests much more quickly with less need for engineering to get involved.

I’ve been using Visually for the past year, and it has been extremely useful for our A/B testing and CRO efforts. Not only is the app valuable, but their support team has also been amazing, especially my rep :) They come to every call with new test ideas we can launch, while also supporting and refining the tests our team brings to the table. They consistently review results, suggest smart ways to iterate, and have even gone above and beyond to help us execute more out-of-the-box custom ideas. Visually has been a great upgrade for our A/B testing and CRO workflow. The platform is stable, easy to use for both redirect and on-site tests, and the reporting and built-in guardrails give us confidence that tests are set up correctly and data is reliable. The best part has been the support. The team has been very hands-on in reviewing our tests, helping interpret statistical significance, and advising on how to structure future experiments (including AI-powered design changes and UTM-based landing page tests). Highly recommend Visually if you want both a strong tool and strong guidance.

As much as this app has been insanely useful for unlocking capability and speed right out of the box, and as much as we’ve seen growth and increase after increase in our KPIs, the best part of this tool is honestly the people behind it. In the few months we've known each other Katie and the QA/support team are some of the best vendor partners I’ve worked with in a really long time. They’re responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely feel like an extension of our team. And we're not reaching out because something’s broken. It’s because once you see what’s possible, you want to do more, move faster, and keep pushing it further.

We had a disappointing experience with Visually’s billing model. The app charges based on order volume, but this was not clearly notified in advance. We only discovered the additional fees after reviewing our invoice, which felt unexpected and unfair.
Absolutely avoid them. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an app. After installing their code, it caused major issues with our Shopify store. Orders weren’t coming through properly, and tags were being applied incorrectly. I reached out and asked for the code to be removed, but even that didn’t resolve the issues. Eventually, I went ahead and removed everything myself - only to find they had still left code embedded in the site. Completely unacceptable. For those looking to use this for marketing or to boost sales, I’d be extremely cautious. Based on what I’ve seen, there’s a high risk of completely false attribution, as their code is scattered all over the place. It’s going to cost you in more ways than one. I’ve reached out multiple times for help, and still haven’t had any meaningful response from their team. Absolutely horrendous. Avoid at all costs.

We’re sorry to hear this experience didn’t meet your expectations. For clarity, Visually uses Shopify cart attributes for internal tracking only. If an order originated from a cart created while Visually was installed, those attributes may still appear on the order after uninstall. This is expected Shopify behavior and does not mean active Visually code is still running on the store. There's no way you can cancel your subscription within the user account.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. Visually subscriptions are managed through Shopify, and cancellation is completed by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin. Our support team shared the uninstall steps from our Help Center. Once the app has been uninstalled, feel free to let us know and we’ll be happy to confirm from our end that everything is fully closed.
This platform is exactly what any CMO needs to bridge the gap between data and action. It is hands-down the most efficient way to increase conversions because it takes the guesswork out of consumer behavior. The UX is incredibly intuitive, which is a game-changer. It removes the technical friction and saves our team tons of time on test creation. Instead of managing tools, we’re now focused on scaling what works.

If you have a Hydrogen storefront and are shopping for different A/B testing tools you should just save yourself some time and go with Visually. We've tried a few different options and Visually is unequivocally ahead of the pack, both in terms of initial setup and testing execution. The documentation and technical support is exceptional, the interface is clean and intuitive, and the analytics is incredibly helpful in terms of parsing out audience segmentation. Our CRO expert has been brilliant - she quickly immersed herself into the brand to understand our product catalog and customer demographics. Visually's CRO tools help us identify what does and does not resonate with our audience, and perhaps more importantly, they make it easy to translate those insights into winning customer experiences.

It's unfortunate that we've had to leave a bad review for this app. We were looking for something easy for our team to A/B test product images. After believing the misleading advertising and description that the app will allow us to test "EVERYTHING" in minutes including product images, we went ahead and installed the app. After struggling for a week to set up a simple image test we booked a support call and were told (very bluntly) that we cannot test product images, and will need their developers to set it up. The support person was not very supportive and was not able to make the app do what was promised so we had to end the call early. Now, several days after removing the app, we are still finding code being inserted into our orders. We have contacted support again. Hopefully they will do something about this so we don't have to report and escalate this to Shopify.

Visually does support product image testing on select plans, and we offered to configure your test for free. 2. You uninstalled during the free trial, so no charges were applied. 3. No Visually code runs after uninstall, what you noted were attributes retained from carts created before your uninstalled. We’ve also updated our site wording to avoid any confusion, thanks for that recommendation! If you’d like to revisit testing or need further support, we’re happy to help and can set this up complimentary as offered.

Great tool for Shopify users. Really user friendly, with lots of great pre-built components that are easily customisable for your stores theme. The support team are great too with any help needed on any experiences you run.
Visually have been brilliant. The tool is simple and intuitive, and the support team have been great in going above & beyond in helping us execute some more sophisticated tests. Very useful AB testing tool. I particularly like the ability to drag and drop elements and make visual changes, many of which would be quite involved to code into our site. This helps us test changes without having to commit to custom development unless it's a proven winner

Visually has made testing feel easy, seamless, and genuinely rewarding. From A/B to multivariate testing, everything is intuitive and well thought out, it’s easy to launch multiple variations and test quickly. The built-in tools give us everything we need to run impactful experiments right away, without needing extra workarounds or complicated setups. What truly makes Visually stand out, though, is the team behind it. Their support is thoughtful, responsive, and deeply knowledgeable. They’ve been amazing partners in our CRO journey, not just answering questions, but helping us grow our strategy.
Easy integration, makes CRO testing much simpler and faster. Their team is very hands-on and proactive, making it that much better of an experience. We love Visually because it requires no dev work in the early stages of testing. You're able to test changes to the site and only invest the time in building into your theme AFTER you have a concrete result. The best I've worked with!

Having worked with many A/B testing platforms, Visually by far has been the most comprehensive and easy to use platform on the marketplace. Their support team is A+, always available on Slack and they step in whenever needed. Highly recommend for brands looking to get started with A/B testing.
Visually.io has been a game changer in how our small team handles and executes A/B test and site personalizations. We can get a test up and running in hours not days. Which was not true with our former tool that was very dev heavy. The editor is easy to use and the Visually team is fantastic to work with. Highly recommend!

Visually is the best! By far the easiest A/B testing and upsell platform I’ve ever used. Unlike many apps that advertise as “no code” but still need some technical setup, Visually truly requires no coding at all. And if you ever do run into a question, their team is quick to jump in and help. Couldn’t recommend it more!
Great app. Easy interface. Amazing support. For beginners and intermediate split test users, this is the go-to app. Editing, adding, and creating new experiences is easy. Even if troubles arises, their support will back you up immediately and promptly. One thing I'm missing is the available options for already-available features. But I know for a fact, they are already planning to expand on this. So that's great! I will say though, I'm a bit bummed that the app doesn't take into account users who might be included in multiple split tests running simultaneously. This means one user could be part of various split tests, essentially skewing the test results as you don't know if either test is the cause to changed behaviour. You have to be very specific on where and towards whom you're running the test, keeping it very isolated. Would still recommend.
Having used several testing platforms in the past, I’ve been particularly impressed with Visually. After testing multiple other A/B testing and upsell apps, I can confidently say that Visually is the far and above my favorite. The editor is so easy to use, and if I ever do need a little bit of coding help, their support and dev teams are there super quick and amazing to work with. This app has been a game changer both for optimizing the UX of our website and increasing revenue through upsells. Every person on their team is wonderful and truly wants to see your brand succeed. Could not recommend them enough!
