We started using ClaimAI because we had no idea if ChatGPT/ OpenAI/ Claude/ Gemini was surfacing our products over our competitors. Setup took less than 20 seconds, and the first thing we noticed was that GTIN mattered. Our catalog ranked higher for our collabs because GTIN is important for AI Shopping. We noticed that average order value was higher for ChatGPT than other AI Engines and increased when we made the changes ClaimAI recommended. They are early, but the team ships fast and they will take your feedback on feature recommendations. Would recommend to any Shopify store with competitors (so everyone!!). They are very reasonable and can be used alongside your current marketing efforts.

The app is powerful and has a lot of cool features. We need to customize some text on our checkout page and set up was easy. Their support team is very helpful and respond quickly. I highly recommend this app.

OFG app is a fantastic app. We have multiple warehouses and OFG app is able to handle our complex order routing logic to send orders to various warehouses. We want to ship from a warehouse that is closest to the customer’s destination. We don’t want to split an order between multiple different warehouses if we can avoid it. The OFG app allows us to prioritize and use the “all or nothing” fulfillment logic. The Cork Labs team helped us set up expansion stores, one per warehouse. It makes it very easy for WMS to pull orders. Each warehouse only sees their own orders and there is no confusion of pulling orders that are meant for other warehouses. The app itself has a nice and easy to use interface. Their support is amazing and always available to help. We do a lot of flash sales, and the Cork Labs team is available to make some changes for us and resolve our issues. I believe this is by far the best order routing app for Shopify.

ShipHero to the rescue. The app has a great UI, which makes it super easy to train our employees to use the new system. Our onboarding specialist was super helpful and a blast to work with. I will say it does seem like sometimes they will push new updates and sometimes those updates can cause the app to act a little buggy. Their support is good and they normally will have a fix or solution that day. Definitly I would say for small to medium size businesses this app is awesome.

This app is so easy to use and provides a great service. It also helps that Patrick was available and able to create a more design-appropriate page for our site. We received 4 applicants within a few days! Overall a happy customer

So far so good except some minor details but sebastian has been really helpful on customization and figuring out the needs for our business. Looking forward to seeing how this keeps working for our ambassador program!
