It is such a powerful tool. We are absolutely satisfied with the software! What is more, the support is timely, fast and professional. I wasn’t sure how to build a flexible stock‑movement filter based on days in stock, and within just a few hours of asking for help, I received a fully working example report with dynamic filters included.

Fabulous reporting app, really easy to use - it's accurate, configurable & bring a new depth to the data we collect in Shopify. The responsiveness of the Better Reports team is incredible - they've already created a number of bespoke reports for us, which has made a huge difference. Better reports is a great app for Shopify. Customer service is quick to respond to an inquiry about questions on a report or creating a new one. They have been attentive and extremely helpful in all the questions I continue to have. Our company would be lost without this app. If you have Shopify, I highly recommend the Better Reports App.

Their customer support is FANTASTIC! We run all of our manufacturing with their reporting systems and shopify tags. I 100% recommend this for all your reporting needs.
We couldn't live without this app. We have it installed in three Shopify accounts. It can pull almost any piece of info you could ever need from your Shopify data and you can manipulate in so many different ways to make it work exactly how you need. We setup automated reports that are emailed daily, weekly, and monthly. Any time we have run into trouble pulling a particular data set, the customer service team has been super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!
Good reporting tool with very good and responsive staff.
Great Reporting App. Takes a little time to figure out because the world is your oyster. You can literally track anything you want so there are a lot of fields to comb through to get exactly what you want.
On day three of using the app. Still getting accustomed to it, but the customer support has been great so far. We needed a couple of unique custom reports right away and the BR team created them for us in less than 24 hrs of us contacting them.
