I'm super grateful that this app makes it easy for me to deliver digital product info to our customers via branded emails. The ability to customize each email based on design and the details for who, when, where, tags, products, sales channels, and more is incredibly helpful. I also appreciate being able to view email history, as well as the opens and clicks. Michael has been wonderful at responding to my questions and requests, helping me to set it up so that it meets my exact needs. We are currently only using it to deliver emails when a customer places a purchase, yet there is so much more functionality to explore. I'm excited to expand into using the abandoned checkout emails, review request emails, and marketing opt-in email options too! I am greatly appreciating my experience with UpPromote so far. I did a tonne of research when looking for the best app that would meet my needs and be within budget. UpPromote shone through as a fantastic option and they are proving that I made the right choice. I appreciate being able to be granular at the variant level for which products are included in our affiliate program and at what commission percentage. I am also blown away by their support team. I've been helped multiple times now by Nick over chat and he has been fantastic at helping me customize the affiliate portal with our brand colours and sizing of the logo. As well as troubleshooting some of the functionality that I have needed extra support and guidance to understand. So far it's going super well! The setup process with BixGrow has been great. The team is responsive and helps you to customize your app instantly, both on the back end like a custom domain, and on the front-end website that you create for people to sign up on. All of my questions have been answered and guidance on how to set up the functionality provided. I am grateful that after comparing many of these apps and settling on BixGrow it is all coming together quickly and easily.
