This is no-bull$#it feedback; I am in shock serious shock! I cannot recommend the Hyve – Post to Xero app highly enough! The integration has saved me countless hours of administrative work, and the proactive customer service and genuine commitment to helping businesses succeed are simply outstanding. Running an e-commerce business with orders coming through multiple marketplaces, I constantly had to make manual adjustments in Xero to ensure transactions were recorded correctly under Australian tax requirements. These repetitive adjustments cost me hours every day. What truly impressed me was that the Hyve team noticed my repeated adjustments and proactively approached me with a solution, without me ever having to ask for help! Instead of leaving me to work around the limitations of a standard integration, they took the initiative to understand my specific business requirements and tailored their integration to meet my needs at no additional cost. The result? What used to take hours of manual corrections every day is now handled through a much more efficient, streamlined process. The time savings have been enormous, letting me focus on running and growing my business instead of constantly correcting accounting entries. It's rare to find a software provider that pays such close attention to how customers use its product, identifies opportunities for improvement, and then takes the initiative to deliver a personalised solution without being asked. This is what exceptional customer service, innovation and genuine customer care look like! A massive thank you to the Hyve team. You've not only delivered an excellent integration between marketplaces and Xero, but you've also demonstrated that you genuinely value your customers and their success.
