There have been a few hiccups (like when FB didn't immediately support Shopify's extension to 250 variants) and when they were uninstalled for security issues. But overall the app is great, and does what it is supposed to. Customer service is very responsive, especially Louis, and we have been able to resolve any issues quickly.

With Shopify's recent transition from Scripts to Functions, the ShipMagic team was incredibly helpful in migrating our shipping scripts to accommodate all of our original logic across 6 of our Shopify sites. A huge shout-out to Aditya for being so knowledgeable and patient while helping us configure the exact customizations we needed!

This app was a lifesaver when we moved our entire catalog hierarchy to the true Parent/Child format that Shopify is pushing for. Raj was ready to answer any questions we had, and help come up with some custom solutions where needed. Definitely recommend this app if you have a catalog with complex variant structures, and might need to hide variants for various reasons that don't always include "0" inventory. Many thanks!
