After spending days with another app similar to this, I gave up thinking what we needed couldn't happen. Then we searched for the highest recommendation for order editing built for Shopify and AE was the number one choice, so we installed. We set up a meeting for the following morning. Within minutes, their team not only walked me through, but volunteered to set up totally for me. This app does everything we needed and will free so much time spent supporting our clients while allowing them to have full control. I love that I could pick and choose which options worked for us. All I can say is AMAZING! We installed three apps to help us with variation and they all were no where to be found for support. Then as a last resort we loaded this...and within minutes we had the support we needed to understand how to get this going on our website. Hannie was patient and professional and we are so grateful for all the patience and hard work! I recommend 100% UPDATE...the next day, I needed them again and within minutes, Lich was there to assist and walked me through.
