Excellent App and a Must Have! Tracking visitors, blocking VPN and IPs if needed, etc., We have a Cloudflare Enterprise account, and we still use this app to monitor what may be getting through or to catch multiple requests of IPs, for scraping, etc., as well as what Countries are visiting and more. Seguno is by far the BEST Email App available and we have tried them all. This trial and error began after Mailchimp stopped integration with Shopify Plus. I've been able to receive double the open rate, than any other email app, we found this critical to our conversion rates, etc., including abandoned cart emails, etc., It's built in/integrated with Shopify and this brings sophisticated simplicity. If you know how to use Shopify, Seguno mirrors this, by being integrated and built in to the Shopify Platform. Not sure what's better, the app itself, or the customer service! They are both what you would hope to expect from a Shopify Plus platform and this is rare. This app has been a tremendous help to us and we couldn't imagine being without it. This app allows us to evaluate the customer experience and flow while navigating our site, troubleshoot glitches, problems with checkout, etc., all recorded for playback, review and the ability to send the recorded errors/glitches to Shopify Support. Incredible App! I was able to see the Shopify Calculating Shipping Options, was hanging/timing out. I was able to grab a recording to show this as proof to Shopify, to troubleshoot. This was causing customers to abandon checkout. I would have never known, if I didn't have this incredible app!
