Always receive great support whenever we need help.
There should be a way to schedule hours for the chat, including the notification hours.
We were able to initially use this program for our photos but when I've tried to do it for new photos over the past few months it doesn't work. I wrote them an email for support a few weeks back but no one ever replied.
This app worked very well for a while and now the messages get cut off. We can't read what our customers are saying!! We wrote an email to support and never heard back. Not recommended.

Hello - thanks for your review. This issue was intermittent while we were shipping an update back in march 2018. If you're still experiencing this issue, please do let us know? Support is available 24x7-365 via live chat on our site.
This app is generally good if you would like to add additional insurance to your packages. However, it's not so convenient in other aspects. First, there is a delay in loading the orders, therefore if you receive an order and you wish to print the label 10-15 minutes later, it won't be available yet. Also, there is no Fedex discount for shipping through Shippo, you can only use your own account which is not really that useful
