Edit: The team reached out after my review and made an honorable effort to make things right. The review stands because this is what happened, but I will add to it that I admire the way they handled my criticism. Anything they build breaks when you deactivate the app due to their AI slop code and hard-coded assets being hosted on their servers. AI generated images, copy, headlines never followed the very simple company guidelines (for example, our style guide requires no exclamation points or emojis but every email included both, despite us contacting support multiple times. I never would have used this as a temporary solution if I knew I'd be locked in until I found and replaced everything they built - it took three months of work for the team to get us off this app.

Thank you for the update and for recognizing the effort we made to address your concerns. We genuinely appreciate the nearly two years that we worked together. We are proud of the work we did over that time and sorry the relationship ended on a frustrating note. For merchants reading this, deactivating Grid & Pixel does not make everything we built disappear or break. The vast majority of the work remains in place. Certain dynamic components are powered by our platform and require an active subscription to continue functioning, just like functionality provided by many software apps. We appreciate the candid feedback and the opportunity to make things right.

I'm still early in my onboarding but so far the customer support is exceeding expectations in both capability and resolution speed. These are very good early indicators of a successful long-term relationship!
Great app feels very native to the website (unlike the other solutions we've tried). No lag and very smooth interactions. Not the most feature rich cart app but it does everything we need it to and it's by far the best performing and fastest app we've used.

While I'm just getting started with the app, my user experience so far has been Top Notch. The founder created a series of videos that I found on Youtube that provide great overviews of the different functionality of the app, with the right level of detail at every turn. In addition, the company offers an awesome (and free) onboarding session, led by professionals that know their stuff. I came prepared with several detailed questions and a few customizations/requests, and my rep delivered results by offering precise recommendations and action items.
The support and dev team is truly excellent and they deliver top notch personalized support. I've had the pleasure of interacting with several of them since taking over a small to medium ecommerce business 6 weeks ago - each interaction has been superb. They are responsive, professional, and eager to help support stores of all sizes. My first interaction was when I was still on the Free tier when I initially acquired the shop. I scheduled a meeting just to better understand their product at a high level. They blew away my expectations with a knowledgable and friendly rep that had two domain experts on standby to answer any niche questions I could throw at them. My next interaction was when a live support agent chatted me inside of their app to ask if I had any questions - and I certainly did! The agent connected me with their internal dev team, and they were able to code me a custom solution all in the same day with no additional charges.
