Terrible app, It started to spam order notifications to all my customers who ordered, not only it annoyed my customers but it also got me banned on whatsapp for spamming! I went through whatsapp support to help rectify this issue and they just would not appeal my ban, they just give the same bs reason "Oh we will help you in 48 hrs" yea right, more like 48 years Avoid this app at all costs *WhatsApp support got back to me after posting this review but after giving my details and etc they went silent on me for 2 weeks and counting... great support whatsapp bravo!*

Its a brilliant app, been using this loyalty app for 3 years.. However after this update they made, they removed alot of settings and features from the free plan. Now i can't change and edit my settings, i literally have to fork out 50 usd just to change a few settings. What a bunch of greedy devs.

I have finally found the right app for my store! After researching and trying out apps like reconvert, I find this app a much better option! The customer service is superb btw!

Overall the app is good, no issues here. At the moment I don't need the app Support is great, I requested help from them in uninstalling the app and removing any hidden code from my store and they responded
I've found the app to be quite straightforward to use and the customer support has been excellent. I use this app to remind me which products are almost out of stock. It helps to send an alert email with a list of items that should be restocked and It is easy to use and configure!

After looking through the app store, i can tell you that this is the best app for cross sell, upsell and frequently bought. I've been looking for this kind app for months and i've finally found it! The customer service is superb, i requested some help for installation and they've done it in less than 2 hours! Keep up the good work guys!

Does what it is supposed to do!, These people know good design and I was blown away with the results of my own popup which took only 2 minutes to setup and send!

I wanted to try out this app first for free and see how it helps for my business but once i added to my store it forces me to go on growth and pay $999 every 30 days..must be some kind of joke..
