We've been using the ShipStation app for four years now, and we couldn't be happier. Nathan, our account rep, is always responsive to our needs and is proactive about checking in with us to ensure we're not having any issues. I'm so thankful that ShipStation is launching lots of new features to help support our inventory syncing, purchase orders, and scan to receive!

This app is very useful; we use it for all our first-time customer tags and different customer profiles. Along with orders that have expedited shipping, so we can get those out asap. Theres just so much you can do! Customer service responds fast and efficiently, and they even create tags for me. As a small business, we have a lot on our plates 24/7, so the fact that I could tell someone what I wanted the Tag to do and they just created it for me was AMAZING! Took one thing off my to-do list. Thanks again for all the help Anto!

I signed up for the onboarding package, and it was well worth it! As a busy business owner, this app is very simple to use. I'm very happy!
