Best auto-tagging app in my opinion, and I tested a lot. Lots of options and works well. Many apps focus only on orders and customers, but wit Leap Auto Tags you can also set up tag rules for products, which is what I was looking for. The setup can sometimes seem a bit complex, but with Anto's help, everything is working properly now.
The app is very useful, I hope to have support within 12 hours since we are in different time zone but I believe that I cannot wait more than 12 hours to get answers during weekdays.
Excellent customer service! I've been using Leap Auto Tags for a few years and just had my first issue pop up. I emailed support and they were truly outstanding. They found the root cause and fixed it with just that one email. No endless back and forth with unhelpful responses that I've grown so used to with customer service other places. If you're looking for a tagging app, definitely use this one!
This is an excellent app, very accurate and easy to use. Anto has been incredibly helpful and always responds promptly to any questions. His support has been outstanding throughout our experience.
Very powerful app, easy to use, can use other apps to acheive similar outcomes but the Auto tag UI will save considerable resource time. Most solutions can be built in seconds, other apps can take hours to work out how to achieve the same aim, i've scoped out the possibility of switching and very quickly realised this it by the best option out there and worth the usage cost. The support team are also very helpful which you dont get elswhere, im sure with their can do approach there wouldnt be anything you cant achieve.
Great app with even better support and customer service. If you need robust tagging of orders, products, and or customers, you will not be disappointed with this app. They have probably any combination of variables for conditions you would ever need, and if not they help figure out a solution with you. Anto went above and beyond in being pro-active with identifying potential conflicts, or conditions that may have been interpreted incorrectly. Thanks!
We are using this app for a long time. It helps us automate a lot of processes by using tags effectively. When we needed help, the support replied very quickly and they were very helpful. They also found some creative ways to accomodate our out of the ordinary needs.

This app is very useful; we use it for all our first-time customer tags and different customer profiles. Along with orders that have expedited shipping, so we can get those out asap. Theres just so much you can do! Customer service responds fast and efficiently, and they even create tags for me. As a small business, we have a lot on our plates 24/7, so the fact that I could tell someone what I wanted the Tag to do and they just created it for me was AMAZING! Took one thing off my to-do list. Saves me to much time auto tagging customers and products so that I can have clear data. Support also helped instantly when I was trying to create an automation and got stuck. A+++
Tried another popular autotag app with disastrous results, including all our orders being wrongly tagged, and having to pay to get them removed. We spent a month trying to work with their tech support, and each time got a different person who was not aware of the dev issues occurring. Finally gave up and tried Leap. FANTASTIC choice! Everything works, and any time I've had trouble getting the rule logic right their team has responded within 24 hours with a solution. No going in circles. This autotagger has likely saved me 1-1.5 hours of work per week, which makes a big difference when you're busy. Highly recommend.
Amazing customer service and support provided from this team. This app is very important for our business it saves us alot of admin time by adding notes to the order to help our accounts team POS out our sales faster by knowing how our customers paid for orders. it also tags orders so we are alerted for express etc. highly recommend
This is an excellent app for creating automated workflows for your products on Shopify. When you cannot utilise the parameters for a collection sort based on Shopify's options, this App will provide the answers and many more. I highly recommend this product and the support team.
This is a truly helpful app. Easier to use, MUCH more flexible and advanced than tagging in Shopify Flow. The ability to set rules and backdate tagging is excellent. This app has been an automation hero for me.

Top-quality app and support available to create workflows as needed. The app interface is excellent, making it easier to understand and generate new workflows. Additionally, it offers backtrack tagging functionality, which is very useful in specific cases, such as after importing customer, order, or product data. This is the app I've been searching for. It has a clean, simple interface yet allows you to run powerful, complex automations. Backdating our tags has been a struggle, but Leap makes it easy. Anto's help was invaluable in get one of our automations working exactly as intended.

Fantastic, excellent app - super easy to use and especially on more intricate conditions to add or remove tags, does a brilliant job. The features are all very well thought through and very useful. We use their automatic tagging feature for a few tasks and I love that it is just one less thing to think about, and we've also used it for one-time bulk editing jobs that were urgent. Additionally, they have brilliant customer service and a very quick response time. Highly recommend!
Absolute must-have if you're looking to automate your operations further beyond what Flow can provide. For us, in particular, automatic removal of tags based on time or conditions feature makes everything that we do a lot more efficient, and will end up saving us a ton of time (and reduce errors). Anto on the support team was super helpful in finding the right solutions & workflows to suit our needs, and came up with some really neat ones that we hadn't originally thought of!

Excellent app and top-notch support. All tagging aps can be pretty confusing but this is definitely the simplest one i have found! I like how you can test workflows with particular orders. And when I couldn't figure a tag out, I messaged their customer service and they immediately fixed it for me. Highly recommend this ap!

Recently added this app and it is a huge time saver. In addition, the support is one of the best I have experienced in the Shopify app world. They were able to create a specific tagging workflow for me that makes keeping my customer base POS locations a breeze. I have since added some other tagging automations that have streamlined many tasks. This should be a core app for any Shopify store.

This app has been super helpful for us so far! We use it to see where our daily orders are coming from at a glance, ex. we can just open the orders tab of Shopify and see we've gotten 7 orders from Instagram, 3 from Facebook, etc. The support team is also wonderful. I had a question about a tagging workflow and they responded within 24 hours with a custom solution they'd made specifically for my purpose. Check out this app, you won't regret it.

Extremely robust app, able to easily create workflows that reduce the manual work of tagging and picks up all that is missing frim Shopify Flow (which is a lot). Their CX team is quick to respond and created flows for me without me even asking that were exactly what I was looking for.

I've trialled a few automated tagging apps, this is the best. There are lots of different trigger options as well as conditions, lots of flexibility to tag orders, products, customers, etc. as needed. If you get stuck, support is quick and helpful.

Hands down the best tagging application in town! Before I stumbled upon this amazing application, I used to add and remove tags manually which was honestly quite a grueling task. But not anymore! Auto Tags has undoubtedly taken a lot off my plate. The automated workflows are so efficient that I do not have to worry a bit about anything going wrong. Once you create the desired workflows, it does the job very well! I’ve been using it for 3 of my shops; Ndure, Shoe Planet and Soloto. Moreover, their support team is quite adept in assisting their users. Once, I exceeded the tag limit and asked them to provide extra tags within the same package, they did so very promptly without any extra charges and deduction from the next package! 99% of the job is automated once you are done creating the workflows which is merely 1% of the whole task. Highly Recommended!!
