Tried another popular autotag app with disastrous results, including all our orders being wrongly tagged, and having to pay to get them removed. ‍ We spent a month trying to work with their tech support, and each time got a different person who was not aware of the dev issues occurring. Finally gave up and tried Leap. FANTASTIC choice! Everything works, and any time I've had trouble getting the rule logic right their team has responded within 24 hours with a solution. No going in circles. This autotagger has likely saved me 1-1.5 hours of work per week, which makes a big difference when you're busy. Highly recommend.
