Charles has been super helpful through the entire set up process. We've been working with them for several months. Keep up the great support!
The app has a lot of promise. I like the possibilities that it has to offer, but we paid to have it installed and then were told it wouldn't work with our website. We did get told we would be refunded for the installation fee. Hope there's a fix in the future. We'd love to give this app a shot.
