Great app, works great and much cheaper than the old free gift app we used to use which was 3x the price. I've worked with Emil (the developer) for a couple of years and he's always been excellent. Would highly recommend this app.
Great experience so far. Slack channel with the team for any issues which is amazing. Bernado was excellent for providing product demos and support. So much more advanced AI features than Zendesk, and 10% of the price, no brainer. Hope they can stay nimble and keep it affordable. Would 100% recommend.
Great app, helps us increase conversion rate. Nathan was very helpful when we had a technical glitch (caused by another app interfering). Would recommend this app highly.

Great so far! Decent customer service and easy to use. Not bad value. Would recommend, had some features which Rivo didn't have.
